I paid and never get the rug,

Bought a carpet... unrolled it and waited for days for the bubbles to disappear... never did, honestly dont their quality is poor.

Giving one star is too good. They are not a uk company, they are operating from a room in China. Very poor quality rug, nothing like the picture. They give you the choice to have pile or no pile and you pay extra for pile. My rug definitely did not have any pile and I paid extra. I’ve been offered £25 refund or send back to China and pay the shipping bill.
I have reported the website to Google. Can only hope no one else gets duped.

BEWARE this is a huge SCAM!!! Wish I had read reviews first.Very annoyed and upset as I am on a pension and bought a rug on good faith.This company needs investigated!!!Wish I had the energy to take it on!!As previous review rug arrived folded in small square package!!!!Certainly not a rug more like picnic blanket and yes I've been offered £10!!!!!BE WARNED.

Poor quality, arrived damaged due to poor packaging and will not refund unless you pay return costs to China!
I was offered a £15 refund and was told the employee would be disciplined for offering this amount as it should have been £10.
They are a disgrace!

Purchased a rug from rugshow.co.uk, I chased the order as it seemed to be taking a long time to arrive, got a very lovely email back saying that my order was on its way!

Received my order, the rug came folded. I opened up the rug and it is NOT as described on their website as 'Ultra soft high quality' infact this resembles a picnic blanket you purchase from B&M for £5. Not the £90 I spent on said rug. I am in the process of trying to contact rugshow but on the previous reviews I don't think I hold out much hope! To date I have requested a full refund and to return the item, they have told me to put a towel over the rug and iron the rug. Again I have requested a refund with no joy!! I am in the process of disputing this with my bank based on the reviews already on this page!

Recieved "rug"today , basically just a piece of foam would use as a yoga mat utter disgrace smell and quality is pathetic , this site should be shut down against all trade description act !!
Awaiting to hear from them ......don't think i have much hope !!!!

I have just received a rug from this company, I wish I had read the reviews before ordering, I am so disappointed nothing like the picture and the colour.
The rug was a birthday gift to me and I am so disappointed!

Would give it less than one star if it was an option! I received the rug I ordered this afternoon, it arrived in yellow tape and looked absolutely nothing like the picture, definitely not worth the £94 I paid.

I wish I'd checked the reviews first before ordering. Rug was not what was expected. Took three weeks to arrive. When I said I wanted to return it they gave me the run around for days. They offered a £10 refund, then a £20 refund. I asked for the return address and it was in China, even though the website is a .co.uk. Would have cost £75 to send it back with no guarantee we would ever get any money back. TOTAL RIP OFF.

Ordered a rug from what purported to be a UK company. After 3 weeks, nothing. I ordered another rug from elsewhere and cancelled my Rugshow order. I was immediately told that I couldn't cancel as the package had been dispatched that very day (how convenient). Weeks passed. After I opened a Paypal dispute, they finally sent a very, very poor quality rug which was worth, at best, a quarter of what I paid. Absolute scam.

its a scam. i ordered on 18th march. no info about delivery status. they never replied to their emails.
then i recieved it on 5th april. the rug was like a paper and nowhere close to what they showed in picture. Extremely poor quality. i asked to return it and requested a refund. For a rug which costed me £251, they offered me £10 for a refund. They also told me not to return it since it should be returned to China and the cost would be more than the the price. I have submitted a dispute with Paypal and hopefully will recover my money soon. but would like to warn everyone.

What scammers be warned never try to buy from this company they so rude tried to email them about the poor quality of rug so thin and the size way to big for my lounge.the refused me return which I thought I can while buying they said only option I have is to keep it even if don’t need it its none of their business only they can offer £10 money back ..am so hurted as saved for better rug for almost an year for my ill health child who spends most of the time on the floor and wanted to get her something to make her happy and comfortable than what I got ..so disappointed Never never buy from this company.

I agree with the other reviews, my rug also didn’t show up, no refund or replacement.

If I could give no star I would. Total scam thank goodness for PayPal. Ordered rugs in February delay after delay tried to cancel wouldn't let me tried to deliver it on the 20th March I wouldn't accept delivery the parcel was about 18inches square filthy and torn down 1 side how you can get 2 luxurious rugs in a package that size baffles me. They advertised as a UK company they are not they are in China. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered a rug from this shower and decided to cancel as it had not been sent, yesterday I was shocked to receive an email advising me that my order had been delivered by Hermes on 23rd March 2021 at 10am and marked 'left in porch', the problem was that the delivery date stated was 1 day before I even placed the order, I have no porch but I do have cctv so that was just an outright lie and possibly a fraud, I tried to enter the tracking number which Hermes would not accept Hermes also would not accept my postcode which means that the Hermes copy sent to me was in fact a false document I have informed Paypal and have also informed this nasty company that In intend to lodge a formal complaint to the police. take serious advice do not send this company your money the other reviews which I didn't see until today speaks volumes, so do not risk your money unscrupulous people who want your money an out and out scam. I know that Hermes was never at my door if they had been I would have a ticket in my letterbox to prove it and the delivery man on my cctv. they should put Skull and crossbones option on this site to draw attention to a bad untrustworthy company. I would certainly award them 5 Skull and Crossbones.
