Do not buy from this website. Poor quality rugs that come squashed in small package. The rugs are permanently creased and pile damaged. The only return option was to send back to China. Complete rip off. Don’t even think about this site.

The reviews here I feel are unjust and unfair.

I put an order in before I read the reviews for this site and then thought I’d regret it.

Arrived in about a fortnight, totally fair since it’s a rug. Who needs a rug delivered so quickly? Yes, I believe it came from China and they are marketing their website as British. I understand that isn’t exactly honest, hence the four stars.

The rug arrived folded carefully and into a sealed package, not a “crumpled ball” as people are wrongly putting out. The quality is fine, as a matter of fact better than I expected for the price. I don’t understand all the fuss about it being thin and paper-like, that is completely not true.
It arrived folded neatly into package, as anyone would assume when ordering online. Just get the iron out, no big deal.

The reviews as a whole for this site are completely unfair, you pay a fraction of the cost in comparison to many other sites and get a decent product in exchange.

Happy customer, would certainly deal with you again in the future.

One star is too much for this company. What a load of rubbish it is , firstly wrapped up no bigger than a pillow it was 200x300 I thought it would be rolled up not folded! next what a shock when opening it instead of black and grey it was brown absolutely vile no mention of brown. I told them it was not suitable for me and was told I could send it back to China and get a full refund I had no idea they were in China .I have never seen anything like it how they can call it a rug I don’t know more like something you could use to wrap yourself in certainly not on the floor. Anyway Shirley “earned” me a refund of £25 which I did accept in the end . This company should not be allowed to trade taking peoples hard earned money they’re con artists . Wish I’d read trustpilot before.

The rug we ordered from this company was such poor quality that we couldn't use it, and we have ended up throwing it away after 1 month. We asked for our money back, and were told that the do not refund used rugs! We have lost a lot of money ....

We are very disatisfied customers, and would like to warn others so that they don't have the same thing happen to them.

As with many people on here, I wish i had looked up this company on trust pilot before I had made my purchase. I thought I was buying a 2M *3M Grey Gradient Rug for my front room. When the package arrived it was folded so tight to about the size of a pillow!! My grey rug with grey trim ended up being a lilac coloured rug with a beige trim that had so many creases it was not fit for purpose. I have also hit the wall when it comes to trying to get my money back or at least get the right colour rug back that other reviewers have had......basically Zilch

Daughter of sue McQueen see review further down. I have emailed them numerous times to show my sustain at their treatment of a pensioner with a disability. Since my compliant and review on her behalf they have contacted my mum and given her a disgusting 10 pounds. She has accepted as is confused re the situation as she is a pensioner!!!! The rug is a death trap
I am going to throw it in the tip, a waste of 14O pounds and a lot of stress.
I tend to pick up with PayPal too but it’s just so long winded.

Google needs to take them down from their search engine to avoid the obvious repeated scam adverts affecting innocent people.

My rug arrived taped up in a very small package crinkled up not from the UK as the company advertised but from CHINA no way would I order a rug from CHINA due to the complexities of returning the item if I was not happy with it, the rug is as thin as tissue paper with a backing that you would get on a bath mat, I immediately emailed the company to voice my concerns and tell them this is not a thick luxury rug as they advertise and I would like to return the item and have a refund to be told I will have to pay the cost of sending it back to CHINA!!!! This company are nothing but thieves and liars duping the people of the uk with their shoddy substandard rugs and I would love to know how they are getting away with conning money out of people in the uk how is this legal!!!! I have also lodged a complaint with PayPal, if you look at this company’s FB and Instagram page plus their own website they have removed customer comments absolute charlatans!!!!!! Customer service is disgusting all they do is fob people off, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Never received a more substandard item. Awful quality, damaged. not as seen on website. I am a pensioner and have a disability and this is causing extreme stress as I cannot afford to replace. It is disgusting and immoral in this day and age.
The packaging means it came folded into a small badly folded cramped ball. No delivery note no returns label or address. They should be stopped from trading.

Oh gosh I’ve fallen completely into this trap too.
The rug is dreadful quality - nothing like the photo, folded up into a teeny creased parcel and customer service is poor.

One star is too many. Very very poor quality, terrible customer service and the rug turns up folded into a tiny parcel and wrapped in plastic, so it really does look dreadful.

Keep arguing: for my £185 rug I was initially offered £10, then £20, then £40 but managed to get up to £90 without having to return to China as I said I’d raised a dispute with PayPal and would take them to the small claims court. I should have kept going and wish I had now!

Absolute con-artists!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. An absolute con. Rug arrived nothing.like ordered. To return must be sent to China I believed this was UK company. Offered £20 refund on a £117 rug. Absolute disgrace what are PayPal doing about this.

Rug arrived tape wrapped , folded tightly into small bundle. After many Emails over a month return accepted but is to China and would cost more to return than the rug. Did get £50 compensation for a £200 rug that the creases still haven’t come out weeks later. It’s basically useless. Was advised to put heavy weights on. No indication on site it is China selling to the Uk. I’m sure some are very good purchases but not if you want to return.

this is a no star company absolute disgrace should be taken off internet its a scam quality of products are rubbish. Have opened a case with Pay Pal but holding my breath

Absolute awful company.Really bad experience here also.Ordered a “rug”,which is much more looks like a yoga mat and it costs more than 100£.It did not looks like on the pictures and of course it was damaged too.I put trough the case on paypal but the problem is that the return would cost more than 100 eu back to china.On the end they sent back 65 £.someone should report this company to some kind of costumer right advocacy organisation if it is exist in the Uk and shut down the website.

Awful company, awful rug, fronting as a UK company when based in China, and they seem to be in bed with Paypal as even the buyer dispute through Paypal doesn't seem to be going anywhere. Has there been anyone that has successfully got a FULL refund through the Paypal buyers dispute?

Pretty much the same as everybody else is saying. Stupidly i spent £180 on 2 rugs which were pathetic.

After emailing them multiple times about getting a refund and being told i would have to return them to china, i raised a dispute on paypal. Then they 1st offered me a £20 refund, then a £40 refund when i didnt accept, then eventually a 50% refund of £90. I decided to accept this as i couldnt be bothered going through the whole paypal dispute process. Definetly raise a dispute if u paid by paypal. This seems to get them to at least offer some sort of refund rather than just saying tough s**t

I to have been duped, I cancelled my order two days after placing it but was told it was being hand made and dispatched. When it arrived, a small square package, I had ordered a 2x3 metre rug, I refused the delivery and am now trying to claim my money back through PayPal. I can’t understand why PayPal support companies like this.
