Utter waste of money - CHINESE SCAM Company 😡😡😡 Rugs were so badly packed they still have crease marks after 2 years!!! As thin as a cheap bathmat. Tried to cancel order 2 days after and they refused!!!DON'T TOUCH THIS COMPANY unless you've got money to waste!!!

The quality of the rug was shocking and looked absolutely nothing like the picture portrayed. The reviews for it on there were obviously fake as there's no way someone would be happy with that item. It came squeezed tightly into a tiny bundle. Was full of creases. It weighed only 137 grams!! I contacted them but they basically said it was the same as pictures and creases would drop out (they still haven't) They said thanks for my understanding. I replied I wasn't understanding and wanted a refund. They basically just repeated themselves. I raised a case with PayPal and thankfully it went in my favour this morning so will get a refund.
They're trading as a UK company but think they're a Chinese company according to other reviews. They shouldn't be allowed to trade. People are losing hundreds of pounds. Scammers!

Absolutely appalling, the sooner this company go out of business the better. Our bad for not checking the reviews before hand but have written off £170 and the rug has gone straight to landfill for the reasons previously stated in these other reviews. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CHARLATANS.

BE CAREFUL AND DONT WASTE YOIR MONEY. The rug colour online DOES NOT match the reality. Purchased a brown cream and orange rug and it turned out to be vibrant RED.

A courtesy £10 refund was offered and to keep the rug. If I wanted red in the rug I would have bought a red rug.

What a scam! Rugs are cheap and nasty looking- photos on website are very misleading. I’ve asked to return it and apparently I’ve got to return it to China covering shipping costs myself. Reading other reviews on this page I wouldn’t trust them to refund the money anyway. What a waste of £120

Avoid this company. Rug arrived in a sack. Very poor quality and nothing like description on website. Tried to return to find it had to be returned to China at your expense. After lots of emails was offered £20.Rug cost nearly £300. They advertise as UK company and should be reported. Luckily I used PayPal and i have to say they have been fantastic, they refunded me and I didn't have to return the rug. I feel stupid for falling for the scam and hope to warn others not to use Rugshow.

Avoid like Ebola. Not in a million years buy a door mat. Rugs are rubber backed made on a printer £300 for a rug that took weeks from China. Some of the best excuses I have ever read. They even forgot to clear the last print. It had numbers where there should have been a tree. A total piece of garbage. Thank god for PayPal. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID. ONLY MISERY HERE.

Please please do not use this company the rug I received well you can’t call it a rug it’s more like a blanket very poor quality.I paid £192 feel so ripped off as on their website it does advertise easy returns.Which isn’t true very costly to return .If I could score a minus i would please do not waste your money like I have

We ordered a rug which looked thick on website. When it was delivered it came folded so small we were alarmed. When we opened it all we got was a piece of plush fabric that had been whipped. The, both horizontal and vertical creases wouldn’t come out and look awful. Contacted company but told we have to pay to return and after reading others experiences we won’t both. So wish we had found this before wasting our money. Please avoid at all costs.

I spent 70 pound on a small rug it came in a small bag. Size of a cushion. Poor quality like a cheap blanket.

Scam Chinese company. Spent a fortune sending it back to china as rig was cheap that. They refused to arrange onward pick up from customs so it was returned to me months later. No refund and they now ghost my emails. Do not buy from them under any circumstances

Regrettably, I came to this site after I placed an order for two large rugs costing 290 pounds in total. Whilst hopeful I was not surprised to receive low standard goods. The rug on website had a deep pile, the rugs. I received we’re just covered in a fluffy material. I engaged in email correspondence with “Nancy” as I fully intended to ask my bank to organize a chargeback to my card and needed to show that an attempt was made to sort things with seller first. Needless to say I too was eventually told in weird English that it would be prohibitively expensive to return items to china (despite to UK web address) and although the question was directly asked “is my money going to be refunded” it was not affirmatively answered. I doubt a refund would be given even if the rugs were returned. No return address was offered. How is this company still trading and appearing on google PLEASE do not use this site you will regret it

I had an email notification of a delay in manufacturing a week after ordering.
A week later, no update and I got suspicious and checked here on TrustPilot.
Then I chased and they said the delivery had been lost in UK by the UK logistics company. And so they would have to have their manufacturer make me another.
I asked for an immediate refund.
I paid by credit card through PayPal and have had notification that Paypal are refunding my credit card.
AVOID - their pattern sounds too much like the other experiences here.
Their email is just a gmail account - that in itself doesn't bode well.

The rug I received was really poor quality and more of a flat mat than the plush rug I wanted and expected. It arrived folded up in a bin bag and they want me to pay for it's return! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM!! This is the reply I received when I wanted to return a rug. It was no more than felt on a backing and not as shown on website and cost £150!
"We are very sorry to have given you a bad shopping experience.
We have the thickness of this rug on our website, We fold and transport large size carpets, the pile may be compressed, but it will recover once it is taken out and left for a while.
we are an online company, and all our carpets are shipped from the factory. Our logistics costs are very expensive, so our return policy and PayPal's return policy stipulate that if we do not send the wrong carpet and the carpet is not damaged, the customer wants to return the goods, they need to bear the freight and send the carpet back to our international warehouse, it will cost you a very high international shipping fee, Can you accept it?"

I paid for expedited delivery, there was a delay in delivery, and today I have received a refund for the extra I paid.
The customer service I have received has been excellent from Nancy and Sophia, who were both very helpful.
I am actually very happy with the rug I've received, it's what I expected and looks great in my living room

After taking almost 2 months to arrive, this rug is complete trash. This company is a complete scam. They advertise bespoke and beautiful rugs, but the rugs come as an "image" of the rug printed on them. I'll be contacting my credit card company and asking for a complete charge back. If they want the rug back, they can pay for the shipping. Absolute crooks.

Rip off company, 'rugs' are nothing like the images on the website, they are ripping off their own government when shipping saying the value is £5 instead of £300 but when we returned them due to terrible quality we obviously needed them to be insured so stated the true value, now they will not collect from customs due to the fee they will need to pay. They lie about what they are doing and so far have cost us £300 for the rugs and £90 to return them.

Absolutely disgraceful. Ordered a rug for nearly £190.00 received eventually to receive a micro fibre piece of crap that I would even use to soak up an oil spill. Returned the item to the address on the parcel to be later told that is the incorrect address. Had to be shipped to China instead even although it was the address on the parcel. PayPal we’re no help as closed the case as we had received the package and wanted nothing more to do with it. Clearly had many a dispute with this company based in China and now not coughing up. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THIEVING GITS. Would have been better in the current climate to just set light to the cash and get the heat from it. Wouldn’t even give a one star if able to. Please read other reviews and not the fake ones on there web site. Probably put on by staff.

Total scam.The rug I have been sent is not a rug at all - just a piece of cheap fabric. I wish I've read the reviews before ordering from them. The company is in China, they just pretend to be a UK company. Do not order from them ever
