Cannot fault Katie P. Her service and dedication was excellent at every stage of what could have been a very difficult move into a newly renovated property. Thanks for sorting everything out and keeping us updated.

Great service, Laura sent all the information I needed quickly and has been very friendly and helpful for the flat I eventually chose to rent. Prior to this, other members of staff showed me around properties, giving helpful tips and information about the local area.

Laura was absolutely fantastic in helping me arrange an early release from my tenancy when my circumstances changed suddenly. I really loved the apartment and would have loved to have stayed longer, having lived there 9 years. If you're looking to rent then I can highly recommend Laura and the rest of the staff at RPMS to make your move as smooth as possible

Having recently rented a property through RPMS and as a first time renter I had a lot of questions all of which were answered quickly and provided useful information. Oli was exceptionally helpful throughout the process and I feel if I encounter any problems in the future these will be sorted in the same way. Would highly recommend using RPMS in the future.

Do not trust RPMS. After 7 years of tenancy they continue to try and get as much out of you as they can. The first property I was in had 2 condemned bathrooms and was unusable yet they offered no support or help. Always on the side of the landlord and not the tenant. Use another letting agent.

We found RPMS Letting to be highly professional and efficient to work with. The team members were prompt, returned emails and phone calls and very helpful in finding solutions.

Laura was very efficient and sent us text messages to keep us updated on the whole process from start to finish . Katie was helpful on move in appointment when we collected the keys, letting us know about different broadband providers. Overall this letting agent are thorough and you feel like you are in good hands. Thanks to you all we are enjoying our new home and the process although thorough, it took around two weeks to be all moved in
