Always absolutely excellent and prompt service. Friendly and supportive. Very impressed with the company and the service they offer.

On the 30th December the lock on the front door gave up. Being the only lock to secure the property I contacted RPMS who advised me a locksmith would call me direct. No call that day. After sleeping down stairs I contacted them the following morning and was told they would chase it up. Still no call. As this was New Years eve and was due to go out I called them back. I explained the situation again and that the property was insecure and Laura immediately contacted a locksmith who arrived within 20 minutes. I am a little disappointed I had to make so many calls and sleep downstairs but Laura did save the day.

My dream lettings agency. Sandra in reception and admin, and the lettings team have been with me all the way. Kind, supportive, helpful, efficient, with a sense of humour to boot. I am not a laptop person and everyone helped me at every stage with the online stuff, even giving me paper alternatives so that I could complete the paperwork to secure a tenancy. I will always use this agency now and in the future. I have the utmost confidence in them and recommend this agency to anyone looking for a property to rent. Superb team work, and caring, warm people. Thanks so very much.

Very happy with service received, Oli showed me around the property on handover, was able to answer any questions I had, was early for the key handover and made sure we had all information we needed before he left. Certainly an asset to

Actually not even worth a star rating they keep your money blaming you for false information when you don’t actually know of it but they say oh we are keeping your money when they cancelled the application in question they are such a devious company acting under handed I’m sure they wouldn’t like it done to them worst company I’ve come across now I’m seeking legal advice you steal money at the end of the day

As a tenant you couldn’t ask for a better management team. At all times Katie, and others, made sure we were well informed, always available if we needed anything and ensured all communications with the landlord were well managed and dealt with quickly. RPMS, Katie and the team made sure our tenancy was as easy and straightforward as possible. Thank you for all your support and help.

Some agencies do not really care about the tennants they are responsible for. RPMS is definitely not one of them.

Ever since I started my tennancy I knew I could rely on them. When problem popped up it was a matter of 2 days maximum to solve it. Can't say a single bad word about them nor recommend them enough.

I can't fault RPMS in the 8 years i have been with them. Any repairs i reported were dealt with swiftly, I also couldn't fault the landlord as nothing was ever questioned, what needed doing was done.
The staff at RPMS are friendly, i'd particularly like to point out that Laura Saunders was very efficient when it came to move out and handover time. She made viewings on the property that i was still in as convenient for me as she possibly could whilst we were still living there which i really appreciated with having children. She is a friendly, approachable member of the team.
I can't recommend RPMS enough, I wouldn't hesitate to rent through them in the future should the occasion arise.

Great customer service. Thoughtful, supportive team. I had a really tricky tenant which was quite stressful at times. RPMS were incredibly professional and worked alongside me throughout ensuring all legalities were adhered too!
