We ordered a shower enclosure with shower tray on 11th May 2026. We had very good communication via email and rapid/prompt delivery on 13th May! The delivery driver was very obliging and placed the packages in our garage for us.
I checked the packages the next day for any damage and to make sure we had the correct items. One of the packages was incorrect. I was very pleased at the promptness of the reply to my email stating this and the process of exchanging the package for the correct one was very straightforward and again very quick.
I found the whole experience with Royal Bathrooms to be very efficient and pleasant. I cannot comment on the actual look of the product as it is not being installed until this weekend.

I did like that the delivery came at the allocated time ,I did receive call before hand to remind me of delivery, however the package was delivered outside the front door and we struggled to get it over the threshold as was extremely heavy before rain got worse would have appreciated if the delivery driver would have at least used his trolley to get over the threshold.

From the very beginning to the end I was really impressed as to how easy it all was, even the delivery driver went above and beyond, as I am slightly disabled and live on my own, he couldn’t of been more helpful.

Royal bathrooms had excellent prices, excellent ratings and free delivery.
Delivery came within 2 days. Kept updated throughout.
The vanity unit and sink look great. Both came well packaged. They have not been installed yet but we were really pleased with how well made the unit looked and the sink looks streamlined and minimalist just as we wanted.

Driver arrived on time was helpful and customer service was excellant.

The unit arrived slightly damaged, took a photo and got in touch, it was replaced the next day. No issues at all.

Royal Bathrooms used National Logistics for my delivery, and it’s honestly one of the worst logistics experiences I’ve had.

I ordered a mirror last Sunday, and it wasn’t delivered until Thursday morning. The delivery was then left outside our office door after a failed attempt the previous day. Originally, I was told it would arrive yesterday, but apparently the driver had an accident. Despite that, the delivery was still scheduled outside of normal business hours.

I explained over the phone that this was being delivered to a business address and that our office hours are 8am–5pm, which is pretty standard, but I was told there was nothing they could do. They then rearranged delivery for between 6–8am today, which I pointed out was still impractical.

To top it off, the driver tried calling me at 6:10am this morning — luckily my phone was on silent. I’m now just hoping the mirror is still outside the office door when I arrive.

Royal Bathrooms really need to find a better delivery partner.
