Delivery was fine but on checking items found two paint faults one on vanity unit and one on toilet unit, although only small a white mark on a black unit was not acceptable. The sink had a glazing fault which showed a black mark on a white sink. The items were replaced within timeframe.All pieces are excellent quality it was only the small faults preventing 5 stars

AVOID. Terrible Customer Service
I bought a bathroom sink and vanity unit a month ago from Royal Bathrooms via B+Q. I have fitted the vanity unit but the sink that arrived was defective. They've now sent me two replacements (three sinks in total) and despite specifically agreeing to do so, the sinks weren't checked before dispatch and all three had the same defect. Customer service refuse to discuss on the phone and communication via the B+Q platform has been rude and unhelpful, and now they are claiming the sink isn't defective despite me sending clear photos showing the issue. Delivery slots are three days long and it's now a month after my original order and I can't finish my project due to being sent repeat faulty sinks. If I hadn't fitted the vanity unit already I would definitely be shopping elsewhere. AVOID - they are trying to pass of faulty products by telling the customer they are mistaken.

Perfect from start to finish
Easy website to navigate and to order from. Posted promptly and received within 48hrs and I was kept up to date with the progress of my order by email and text. The courier delivered when arranged, called for details and left exactly where I asked him to leave it. A great experience from start to finish and I can't wait for my builder to put up my lovely mirror! Thank you!
