Great choice of products on the website. Found the item we wanted and everything from ordering to delivery was very easy.
On installation, we had a faulty handle on the shower enclosure door.
Within an hour of sending an email we had a reply that a replacement part will be sent out to us immediately.
Great service and couldn’t fault the service we received.

Great company quickly delivered & prompt resolution to damaged delivery
I knocked a star off because DHL delivered the mirror broken in several places, but the company were extremely prompt in responding to my issue, they didn’t expect me to return it which was reassuring and issued my refund quickly, Thank you Royal bathrooms It’s a shame DHL let the service down as I’m now less confident in ordering any mirror again. Perhaps consider DPD there far more respectful of deliveries.
