I needed a replacement part and they delivered!
I needed a part replaced on a wall hung toilet system and the process for ordering parts was really easy. I wasn't even sure I could purchase this part from the company but they were very willing to meet my request. Very impressed

Disappointing for the cost
Customer service was really poor when I called with issues making payment online, the gent I spoke with sounded half asleep and as if he couldn't care less. Spoke with his manager who confirmed my order had gone through after all... When the product arrived, it had marks on the side that looked almost like glue, or as if the paintwork had been touched up? Lot of money to pay all in all for what we got, won't be ordering again.
