No proper notice and when you leave note asking to leave item they don’t .
Now having to wait several days to reschedule and still probably won’t get it !

I recently purchased a toilet from this company and the service was excellent
The delivery was as promised but on installation there was a minor problem with one of the fittings. I contacted them straight away and a replacement part was sent for next day delivery.
Communication has been excellent with emails answered almost by return.
I am completely satisfied with my purchase and my dealings with the company have been prompt and efficient.

I had an issue with a mirror I purchased. I contacted Royal Bathrooms and was really impressed with how quickly and effortlessly they resolved the problem. They arranged an exchange without any hassle and the replacement mirror arrived within 2 days of contacting them. Not much notice of delivery
Delivery was good. Disappointed l could not rearrange the delivery day. They ask you to leave a message and don’t bother calling you back. Thankfully l managed to get someone to sit in as 24hrs delivery notice a bit short. However l probably would order again from this company.
