I recently purchased a mirror from Royal Bathrooms and was extremely impressed with both the product and the customer service.

The mirror was delivered incredibly quickly. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a little smaller than I expected(my mistake as I had ordered the wrong size) , so I emailed them in the early hours of Sunday morning, not expecting a response until Monday or even Tuesday.

To my surprise, I woke up to a reply and the issue was sorted immediately without any fuss. A replacement was arranged straight away, and they will collect the original mirror when the new one is delivered.

This is what I call top-class customer service. I would 100% recommend Royal Bathrooms and will definitely be buying from them again. I’ll also be recommending them to all my friends and family.

Superb customer service. Goods arrived promptly but one bathroom mirror was smashed. Sending photographs of the broken mirror within the packaging asap resulted in a speedy response from customer service offering a refund or replacement. We opted for replacement which arrived within 3 working days in good condition.
We cannot fault the fast and professional service.
On this basis I highly recommend this company and will not hesitate to use them again.

Amazing service - ordered items and delivery was made the next day. Communication process was great in terms of receiving confirmation immediately and the tracking system was excellent. Delivery was friendly and courteous. Definitely recommend.

I purchased several bathroom items from this website, and some arrived damaged. I contacted customer service and was asked to send photos by email, which I did immediately. It has now been over two weeks, and I still haven’t received a replacement or any meaningful update.

I also had to request refunds for other items, and that process has been equally frustrating. Customer service has been very poor throughout, with slow responses and little support.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this website.

Ordered a shower screen from Royal bathrooms requesting delivery for Thursday. Day before received a phone call to advise that it would arrive between 07.00 and 09.00 hors. Also received an email to confirm this. At 07.10 received a phone call to say that they were 20 minutes away. Delivered with care at 07.30 hours by their own driver in a Royal bathrooms van.

Certainly can recommend and would use this company again.
