I took out a policy and cancelled the same day after reviewing the bad reviews on here rather than the positives that state they had a good experience registering but feedback on when they needed to make a claim. I sent the email to cancel the same day and I received a response stating that they would not cancel until I answer their call which they will make within the 3 working days. I don’t have time to answer calls when I have already notified them by email and I find it completely unnecessary of such a demand when I simply want to cancel and have informed them of this the same day which they have received. I have therefore informed them and have written proof that I cancelled the same day and if any payments are taken out of my account i will need to raise this with my bank but I feel that this experience in itself sort of proved the time of company this is so I would not recommend
