Rocket aquatics ,helpful when finally got through to them,their carrier,"The DX",most horrendous bunch of cowboys ive ever dealt with,delivered a week late and the driver was the most unhelpful rude idiot ever

First time I have used them for tropical fish supplies.Good value for money , delivered when they said , all parts provided to start up tropical fish keeping, would definitely recommend them .

I ordered a Juwel Rio240 Aquarium from these people on Sunday 30th September. I'm still waiting for delivery after being assured when placing my order that my order would be delivered in 3 days!! Allowing for the distance and time where I live in the Highlands, I thought 3 days was ambitious. Anyway tried to contact these people by phone, straight to answer machine, their at a trade conference not back while 13 October. Sent e.mail, finally got an answer from them, saying my order was now at my local delivery depot and they should contact me reference delivery.
Not filled with confidence and have doubts whether this company is legit. Be careful before you order!!!!!!

Would recommend them to anyone. I have to both my sons that have marine tanks. Great service. Thanks guys.

First and last time I will use this company. They sent out completely the wrong order, would not dispatch the correct order untill I had sent back at my expense the wrong goods, and have still heard nothing as they are all at a trade fair?
Meanwhile they have my money and my coral is struggling without proper lights
Rubbish service

I have bought things from this site before and been very happy. This time I bought a tank, but it did not arrive on the promised delivery date, Friday. Having waited in all day I emailed them to let them know and to ask if they had any news on my delivery, they emailed back with the courier's phone number and the tracking number and asked me to call the courier direct. I really think that this was something they should have done as part of their customer service to me, my transaction was with them after all. Also, an apology would have been nice. Anyway, I called the courier and they said that they had it marked for delivery on Monday, and it had never been intended to deliver it on Friday. Disappointing.

Having said that, when it did arrive it was extremely well packaged and the delivery man was happy to lift it over my threshold whereby I could slide it into the house. It was also a good price, though I have since seen it cheaper elsewhere.

The website claims that most of their stuff is in stock, yet a week after ordering I have only received 3/5 items, over 2 separate deliveries.
They also claim to process orders received by 3pm the same day. I ordered at 9am, spoke to a very helpful lady who told me she would be able to despatch one (urgent) item if I paid an extra £4.55 for carrier delivery, which I was happy to do. Item was not despatched, and when I e:mailed to query received a very abrupt reply from a man saying 'we made no such promise'.
Very disappointed indeed.

Ordered a new filter, air pump and a few bits and pieces and got it the next working day very happy and surprised as advertised Royal Mail up to 5 days so delighted. Downside was pump had as small manufacturing fault and when contacted RA they replaced both the mid and lower sections very quickly. Will definately use them again.

bought the aqua4kids aquarium and was with me in a couple of days. does exactly what it says on the tin !!

I have brought a few things from the site now over the last couple of years, including 2 great fish tanks.
With each order, everything arrived quickly and very well packaged.
The staff were very helpful and quick to respond to my email query and overall i have been very impressed and pleased with RocketAquatics.

My tank was delivered very quickly (on the day specified) and was very well packed so no breakages occurred. Also a great price when compared to other sites for the same tank. I will definately be shopping here again!

Apart from a slight hitch with the courier, all went smoothly and will use this company again, good product with simple instructions.

i was very happy with the way my order was handled. they delivered when they said the would and i like the way they keeped in touch with all the way through. they even emailed me when they couldnt get hold of me after i had called and left a message. the itrem i brought was great and well wrapped. i will be buying from you in the future and will be recomming you.
