Ordered plants on Friday and paid for next-day delivery, so I expected them to arrive Saturday. They still haven’t arrived, and despite emailing CloudAqua multiple times, I’ve had absolutely no response.

I’m now very concerned about my order and the condition of the plants. Delays can happen, but completely ignoring multiple emails is extremely poor customer service. At this point, I’m seriously questioning whether this is a legitimate business.

5 star what a top company. Needed hosing in an emergency and they got some out to me next day. Made a few orders with cloud aqua and will be making more

In my years in this hobby never have I been so disappointed. I ordered plants and I even selected the higher stem counts. what they sent me was 5 cm cuttings of stems. No roots, some stems were bent and had to be cut off, they’re stems so hopefully they grow but nothing like photos on their site. Extremely disappointed. Wish I could upload photos to this site to show.

If you’re ordering stems just order the minimum amount and do the cutting yourself after few weeks honestly very disappointing.

Ok, this place is great. The variety of plants is wonderful and the ones I ordered are gorgeous. I was a bit concerned at the cost and only getting “3 stems” or a single plant because usually other suppliers send very young plants that then take a long time to develop in your aquarium. However these were all beautiful. The stem plants are very tall and the single plants are a very good size. The shipping was extremely quick, everything was well packaged, and they even kindly added a free gift. I will definitely be buying my plants from here in the future.
My only suggestion would be that I’d love to see more mosses on offer!

I order 4 plants off cloudaqua recently. Had an issue with the courier obviously no fault of cloudaquas, I got in touch to say my delivery was delayed and after it was delayed by over a week to the point the plants would probably no longer be alive. They resent my order out free of charge to me with a different courier upon my request. Plants turned up the next day in a wonderful condition and are now doing well in my tank. Would definitely recommend and buy again.

Ordered a couple times from CloudAqua, each time the items have come extremely well packed!
Plants have arrived in great condition and have all been able to settle into the aquarium. Amazing selection of rarer plants too, with good care guides on each. Highly recommend!

Ordered three different plants from cloud aqua, each being five stems of the selected species.

Each plant arrived healthy and the best condition of plants that I have ever ordered. All the stems have been in the aquarium for about a week or two now, and have started developing roots and look healthy, with minimal melting. (I have a high tech, 60l nano tank with both plants and fish).

They were packaged well and arrived promptly. I would highly recommend anyone into aquarium plants to give this company a go.
