I ordered a Viviarum, which I believe is faulty, however your company suggest no in fact insisted that I had assembled it incorrectly................ Very reluctant to change item overall would not recommend this company to anyone will never do any further business with you think your company is PANTS

Ordered a Rio 240 Lite Unit for my Tank and discovered after it was delivered that I have in fact got a Rio 180 tank. On contacting the company a very friendly and helpful member of staff immediately said no problem I could have a refund on the first order ( which was entirely my fault ) and they would send out the replacement as soon as they received the second order. As it was over Christmas I was expecting delivery on the 13th of January but was delighted ( As were my fish ) that the unit arrived on the 4th January. In this day and age of slap happy service it is so refreshing to find a company that obviously care about customer service. I will be buying from them exclusively from now on and will recommend them to all my friends.

Ordered 2 items the first to arrive was the Juwel 60 tank. Extremely well wrapped and protected by yards of bubble wrap and cardboard, no cracks or breaks in the glass.
The second item which was marked on the advice note as to follow. Would of been helpful if they had said when it was to follow. I telephoned Rocket to find out if it had been dispatched only to get the answerphone telling me they had closed for Christmas.
This left me wandering if I should go to the local pet shop to purchase off the shelf as it was the New Aquarium start up kit. The next day however I had the second delivery and so panic over. Very good price and all items delivered within 3 days I wiil use them again.

I recently aquired a Curly Hair Tarantula but needed a new terrarium, I searched ebay and other sites, I came accross Rocket Aquatics & wow, exactly what I was looking for & cheaper than I could get on ebay & other visited sites for the same item, I placed my order and within a couple of days it was here, extremely well packaged. I would have no hesitation in recommending Rocket Aquatics, I have put them in my favourites as I will definately be using them again. Fantastic products at realistic prices & excellent service.

Bought F 'r F tank from Rocket 7 years ago. Lighting/electrics failed within the one year guarantee so complete top unit was replaced free of charge. 12v pump wires took 7 years to corrode away, so was pleased a replacement was still available, although a little pricy! Nice website, swift service, fish are having fun again!

A well laid out website made what I wanted easy to find, and I really like the fact that if a product is not in stock it won't be displayed. The price was slightly less than I found elsewhere, and my goods arrived within a few days. Very happy with this company, and would definitely recommend them to others.

Excellent service, fast delivery, only the filter from tank was damaged (but was fixed with some glue).

I ordered a replacement pump for my fish tank. It was at a very reasonable price and was delivered and received quickly. Would recommend to others. WIll be saving in my favourites for future use.

I ordered a bio orb 60 on Sunday and I had it by Tuesday and having the tracking service is great as it gives you the hour it will be delivered.
Great service and good price and very happy fish and I got the remote control changing light......stunning and my children were amazed and dancing about and I may have been!!!

I ordered a Juwel Vio 40 aquarium from Rocket and the aquarium arrived two days later. The packaging was great and they must have used 10 meters of bubble wrap. It was the first time I had ordered from them and the first time I had ordered an aquarium online. I was happy with the service, correspondence, and packaging from the company and that is all I could have asked for.

Ordered 2ft vivarium in walnut. Arrived within the week. Superbly packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Instructions were great, built it in no time. Looks fantastic. Would highly recommend this company, on the basis of value, quality, service and delivery.

Tank arrived in good time, seemed to be packed well. When we opened the tank it was severley cracked on one side which I believe was down to the courier. We contacted Rocket to get a refund as this was a 2nd birthday pressent for our daughter & wanted it in time for her birthday with the gaurantee this would not happen again. Rocket advised they would refund once they recived the undamaged items included which was fine. However, I then had to pay for return costs!!! The cost to return was £12 meaning in theory I was only refunded £28. Contact via email with Rocket was not great either, the advisor at the other end was very sharp and rude.

Was OK, but website says all orders before 3pm dispatched the same day. I placed my order 10.40am Friday and it didn't get dealt with until the Monday - So not living up to expectations.

Also found item £7 cheaper elsewhere after ordering :( - 20% cheaper!

Also didn't reply to my email highlighting I wasn't happy with the service. Probably wont use again.

Wow is the perfect word, i have never received such a FAST and EXCELLENT service.
So well packed and two days later on the doorstep.
It was the first time ordering from this site and won't be the last.

This item was ordered on the 6/10/12, and I understood that it would not have been dispatched until the 8/10/12, I did need this quite urgently, so I decided to have it delivered to my work address, unfortunately the item in question was not sent out until Friday 12/10/12, this would have been delivered to my office on the Saturday, when it would have been closed, so I did expect it to arrive today (Monday 15.10.12 )- but again .... nothing.
so I sent an email asking .. please would you update me on your how you intend to proceed with this? to which I did nor receive a reply, so I sent another Email on the 17.10.12 asking for a reply I then received an abrupt answer saying ''See our reply sent on the 15th - This item was sent by Royal Mail 1st class post on Friday. If they tried to deliver it on Saturday they would have left a card and you will have to organise a redelivery. Please call your local sorting office for advice'' From Tony.At this point I have to say , there was not a reply sent on the 15th
I did actually receive the pump ordered on the 16.10.12
it states on the web site that goods are dispatched the next day or will be informed the next day if there will be a delay, neither of these happened,
