Absolutely no post sale customer contact or service

I purchased a moebot mower. I had an issue with it, not the products fault but mine. But none the less I tried to contact their customer support to have a chat about what to do and realised they are uncontactable by phone, don't respond to emails and so far have not responded to my ticket number lodged on the website. We love the Moebot but I would NEVER buy from these guys again. Dodgy as.

I ordered a automatic cat litter box…

I ordered a automatic cat litter box and never received it and rang on the 29th of September to cancel my order, and still haven't received my refund i am on a pension so this was alot of money. To pay out.
Just Give Me My Money Back. WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN AND HAVE WARNED ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
THEY DON'T RESPOND TO EMAILS.

BUYER BEWARE.

BUYER BEWARE.
We spent over $3,000 to get one of these mowers.
Our mower broke less than 3 months after purchasing. Salesman said he would be available for support but he declined our phone calls, didn't reply to messages. We then lodged a support ticket through official channels and we were ignored again.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Would rate negative 5 if option…

Would rate negative 5 if option available, spent a fortune on IBOT December 24. Stopped holding charge Aug 25, constantly one sided interaction with company, they have all requested details, radio silence on email responses, extensive hold times on phone Paulo who seems to be the only person that works there is failing miserably. I want my money back as I am sure all the other customers do that have a dud product and NO after sales service or support. How can they simply get away with this disgraceful behaviour? Anybody had any luck with a resolution?

Bought a pool robot from Robot my Life

Bought a pool robot from Robot my Life. It stopped being able to hold charge after about 19 months. Have been waiting since the 28 August for a resolution. I have supplied and submitted everything they have requested and still no answer. They are extremely difficult to get hold of by phone. I have waited over an hour, only to get cut off. They don’t respond to emails. I expected more from their customer support team, as their products are not cheap. It is now 17 October and still they do not respond to my emails asking for assistance. They clearly don’t care about their customers or their reputation.

This company should be investigated by…

This company should be investigated by the ACCC, and I will be notifying them today. I ordered two products, both of which they say are in stock, only to be told that one is sold out after I had already paid. They offered a refund, but one week later, no money has appeared. With the other product, they assured me that they had it in stock, and with my express delivery payment, said it would be shipped- it still hasnt actually arrived with Australia Post one week later- steer very clear of them

Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! We bought a robot vacuum cleaner and a month after the warranty period it broke down. We sent it away in May to get fixed, and it is now the middle of Oct and we still do not have it back. They have used so many excuses, we have paid $90 for the repair and I have now written 4 emails over the last 2 weeks asking when it will be sent, radio silence, nothing back. The phone number to call, is automated and hangs up on you so you cannot talk to anyone.

Please don't buy from this company, try somewhere else!!!!

We should have known from the outset…

We should have known from the outset that this company was a problem.

Ordered a pool cleaner that took 2 months to arrive.

Then the cleaner wouldn’t charge after 7-8 months. There were back and forth emails and the cleaner was sent back.

Cleaner has been with the company for 2 months and we just keep getting told it’s with management. Meanwhile our pool can’t be cleaned.

Terrible customer service!

Fair trading complaint being lodged today .

Avoid at all costs !

Do NOT use this company

I cannot stress enough – do NOT use this company!!
I got my HOBOT LEGEE D8 and LuLu Tower in August last year (2024) and within 3 months of starting to use it I had an issue (that took from Dec ‘24 – Feb ’25 to be fixed!). Then, less than 5 months after getting back my ‘fixed’ unit, another fault. Their repair notice states “repairs can take up to 14 to 28 business days depending on the availability of the spare parts”. The unit was confirmed delivered back to them on 5 August, but it is now 3 October meaning they've had my unit for 44 business days so far and I am getting no response from them.
I have had to lodge a formal complaint with QLD’s Office of Fair Trading, and also reported RobotMyLife to the ACCC.

Purchased a Robot for my pool

Purchased a Robot for my pool, It worked wonders, I told everyone about it! UNTIL... it stopped working and so did their communication. Its now October, I first reported a fault in April when condensation and water had been in the electronics. They said it wouldnt effect the machine. Coming from an electrical background, I knew this wasnt true but we kept using it like they said. I have since told them their is an extreme issue again and its gotten worse. They just sent me unhelpful "tips" and didnt listen to my issue. It is now unresponsive and doesnt go and they arent replying to my emails. Its under warranty and I cant see why I dont get a replacement one from this company. I am based in NZ. I only purchased it in Jan2025, Started Failing in April 2025, Completely Dead Oct 2025. Its been an unpleasant experience with their poor communication style and a company that doesnt stand behind their product.

Poolbot B150

I bought a poolbot in August last year 3 weeks later it wouldn’t turn on I was told it was probably the charger but after countless emails I was getting nowhere so when it got to November and they still hadn’t sent a new charger I contacted consumer affairs and miraculously I was able to send the poolbot back for a replacement which I received in December 2024 now that poolbot has stopped working and I am trying to get it fixed or replaced 😡
Their after sales care is atrocious. Don’t Deal With this Company if you have any sort of problem they just fob you off

Shop elsewhere ... for your sanity

Being a state away, I placed my order with confidence. With no update, three days later, and being ignored through emails, I involved PayPal. Surprise! Surprise! Within 1/2 hour I got a "it's sent" email with a tracking number.

After 4 days of closely watching the tracking number lay dormant, I wasted an HOUR trying to speak to someone on the phone. Gritting my teeth through the countdown from customer #5 to #1, I was hung up on! Their chat function is a joke ... it doesn't accept any messages. Dubious in this day and age.

Reporting back to PayPal, they brought my refund period forward two days. Tonight marks a week, a week of frustration, I've had enough. I emailed them demanding they cancel my order and a full refund.

A manager, FINALLY, rang. A flood effected their call centre! Followed by another lame email, they were moving stock in their factory. Proof the "it was sent" and tracking number was fabricated! I hope to get my refund and cut my losses ASAP.

Over a month waiting for a refund

I ordered a pool cleaner around 5 weeks ago for $1200, I heard nothing so called them. Turns out the item was out of stock so I requested a refund. They agreed to refund over 4 weeks ago and I’m still waiting despite several phone calls and emails. Apparently my refund is in a ‘queue system’.

Absolutely no support from them

Absolutely no support. Our robot vacuum died but they have not offered any support at all. Save you money and buy elsewhere. Machine worked for some months then failed.

Scammers

Purchased a charger that still hasn't arrived. Received a email from the square9accounting system) they use saying you have paid an invoice. Rang today for product, advised that the company is overseas and can take 8 weeks before the can receive information from the accounting system. This has been 5 months with emails, ringing and still nothing. Do not touch this company

Robot Window Cleaner bad experience

Purchased at Sydney homeshow with guarantee that full refund guarantee if not satisified within 30 days. Tried many times to get good result, watching tutorials and FAQ. Contacted company and after many emails they agreed to refund full amount - I paid return postage and despite multiple requests, received a lot of excuses and finally did a charge back with American Express - totally awful experience. Very disappointed with their service, despite realistic expectations

Scammers

My D8 only worked for three months and they simply don't care about giving any service to fix it. the warranty is worth nothing. Do not buy from them you will regret it if you do. They operate with the same morals as scammers and the way they do business is criminal. Someone in Australia should have the guts to take them to court.

Ordered a Hobot window cleaner. It arrived 3 weeks late and then failed within an hour. They will not respond to emails or answer the phone. Do not deal with these people.
