Avoid this company for their poor and unethical service
I have never encountered such an appalling level of customer service as I did with Robot My Life. I purchased the S100 PoolBot Skimmer, which was faulty from day one. The unit was organized under warranty to be returned for inspection. After much back-and-forth, I requested a refund, which they acknowledged.
Following their technical review of the unit, despite my clear request for a refund, they took it upon themselves to send me a replacement unit without my consent. I was instructed to refuse the delivery, but the courier left the package without ringing my doorbell, making that impossible. When I reached out to return the item, they had the audacity to ask me to pay for return shipping—even though this entire situation was due to their incompetence and failure to follow proper procedures!
To make matters worse, the customer service representatives provided vague and unhelpful responses. Initially, they acknowledged my request for a return label but later claimed I should "refuse the delivery" instead, which was completely unfeasible. Now, they expect me to cover shipping costs for an item I never asked for in the first place.
This company does not stand by its word, nor does it take responsibility for its mistakes. If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid Robot My Life at all costs. Their unethical practices and complete disregard for customer satisfaction make them a nightmare to deal with. Buy from them at your own risk!

It was not made clear before purchase that the window-cleaning robot could only work on absolutely vertical, framed windows. There was no response from customer support.
BEWARE
BEWARE. Products seem OK. Customer service is ATROCIOUS. I was promised a refund for $1308 on 1 November 2024. It never arrived. After many many emails and phone calls (thankfully I documented it all...) no one ever replied with a specific update on where the refund was at. After many months I ultimately had to get support from Victorian Consumer affairs who assisted with drafting a letter outlining the 2 consumer laws they were in breach of. I also filed a credit card dispute with the bank (with advice from Consumer Affairs). All time consuming. Once I took this step and threatened legal action the refund was processed and recieved on 25 March 2025. So almost five months later the issue is resolved. What a great way to destroy any chance of customer loyalty.

Absolutely do not purchase
Absolutely, do not expect customer service! I ordered vacuum bags in the 27th November. Paid, available on their website. It’s the 21st March…..still no bags, useless vacuum and no follow up from them. I have contacted RML several times. Last response so, sorry your moebot battery has not arrived…… MATE! Obviously don’t even read messages or have intelligent staff or AI, whatever working for them! I have been a loyal customer for years! This was my third robot vacuum, I have purchased many replacement parts for maintenance, a window cleaner robot and I would have purchased more in the future. I will never buy anything from them again UNLESS they replace my useless vacuum that they tell me they are “waiting on the supplier” but the website says @always available. PLEASE!!!
They wouldn't honour Warranty
I bought a pool vaccuum from this company. It stopped working within 12 months. Jammed. After I spent many attempts to contact them (I had to chase them up), they said the vaccuum had 'extensive corrosion' and wanted to charge me hundreds of dollars to fix it ! Product that corrodes in a pool environment ? Not fit for purpose. Do NOT buy products from this company. Poor quality and they won't honour warranty.

Untrustworthy company that steals from customers
Do not trust this company as they steal from customers and refuse to refund for items paid for but never shipped.
I ordered several products, which were all in stock at the time of ordering, in November 2024 and the company was very slow to ship anything. When my parcel finally arrived the items were poorly packed with no protection and one item was missing. I immediately contacted the company about the missing item but received no response. I again contacted the company in January and queried when the missing item would be shipped. The company eventually responded and indicated the item was on back order. It is now March 2025 and the item still has not shipped, the company cannot give me a shipping date and are refusing to refund me for the missing item.
