Replaced our boiler & fitted some new radiators.

Rj Martindale did an absolutely fantastic job for us. So neat & tidy. You honestly couldn't ask for a better job.

Everything left tidy & spotless afterwards, you wouldn't even know they'd been (apart from the new boiler & radiators!).

All the staff are so polite and easy to deal with and they made the whole process easy from quote to completion.

No long waits. Time slot given rather than wait in all day. Staff very friendly, polite and helpful. Tradesmen also professional but explain what they are doing and why. Highly recommend.

Contacted this company to service my boiler/flush my boiler.
From start to finish all staff ive encountered have been friendly, informative and very respectful of my property. Work completed on a day I was available to high standards, I will be looking into there cover on the future and will recommend this company to anyone.

Fantastic company and staff. They service my boiler every year and im also covered through their scheme if anything unfortunately happens, I've had a good run until recently where I had a small leak from one of my radiator valves, I contacted them, explained the issue and they came around promptly to repair the fault. Very happy customer. Highly recommended.

Great experience. After a disappointing encounter with another trader who couldn’t diagnose or fix the issue, Ian from RJ Martindale arrived and resolved everything within an hour. He was polite, knowledgeable, and incredibly conscientious — wearing shoe covers indoors and laying down carpet protector. Great service, highly recommended.

I joined the RJ Martindale home care plan for piece of mind and during the initial inspection I was given some recommendations on areas of my system to either correct, or improve.

The full list of jobs was quite extensive as we were undertaking some home improvements: 4 new radiators including one huge cast iron rad, installation of a smart Hive heating system, flushing/cleaning the central heating, fixing the flush mechanism on a toilet, improving pipework in/out of the boiler, replacing an expansion vessel - the list goes on!

I have to mention both Dylan and Edward, absolutely top guys. This work was done over a few days here and there and you can see that they take pride in their work by how professional, tidy and efficiently they operate.

I’d like to also thank the team on the desk at the office as they always pick up the phone super quickly, which is exactly what you need if you were in an emergency situation.

Came on time, polite and pleasant and completed activity promptly answering any queries I had.

The engineer who came to our house, Theo, was very polite and professional. He serviced our boiler and got all our radiators working. Some of the radiators were not working properly before.

Theo arrived on time and was polite and professional, servicing the boiler in a clean and tidy manor. Definitely recommend this company.
