Pete visited re a blocked drain from our garage down spout. I had done all I could but he was able to resolve the problem. He removed the chamber at the bottom of the drain pipe and was able to clean the blockage. All back to normal again. Many thanks.

Absolutely brilliant company. I chose them to fit my boiler a few months ago after being recommended...and not insignificantly they were almost £1400 less expensive than British Gas quoted me for similar! I opted for their ' all in' service plan at the time ( again cheaper than British Gas) and had need to call them out this week. They were great- booking me in the next day and even being flexible on the callout when I couldn't be there at the time arranged( try that with most other companies!) Warren was fantastic. He found the issue and fixed it within an hour. Lovely people all round too and so nice to be able to speak to someone local. I'd recommend them to anyone!

They have been outstanding and so very nice to my elderly mum. 2 years ago she had a new boiler too, and again, the service was brilliant. Today she had her 2nd boiler service and safety inspection. I got a telephone reminder that the boiler service was due and was able to choose the time and date of the appointment. Dave turned up in the appointed time frame wearing overshoes and carried out the service.

We have used RJMartindale for a number of years, For example, a new boiler and new radiators fitted throughout our property and we have always been completely satisfied with the work done, at a competitive price and excellent customer service.
We have their Advanced Home Care cover and on this occasion our boiler was serviced by them. Their engineer was punctual ,carrying out his work in a professional manner, leaving things in a clean and tidy way. If you want a first class job doing then I would recommend RJ Martindale without any reservation.

Excellent service once again! I have been a loyal customer for many years and have always been impressed with the quality of their work. They previously installed a boiler in my home, and most recently they installed a new air conditioning system. During the same visit, they also replaced my old bathroom shower with a new one. Everything was completed to a very high standard, with great attention to detail. The team was professional, friendly, and reliable throughout. Booked appointment online. I was then contacted by a phone call to confirm the date and time I had chosen. Engineer arrived during time slot and was very informative. Excellent service.

We had air conditioning fitted by Martindales.Before fitting, Dan explained everything clearly and the price was good.The work was of a very high standard and the fitters were friendly and professional.The follow up support was good and we are very happy with the product.We would highly recommend this company.

Great professionalism! Scott, Luke & Ethan (lovely well mannered young men) installed our Combi boiler last Tues/Wed., we can't praise them enough! They respected our home laying plastic sheeting throughout and wore overshoes whilst inside. Very impressed! Scott was very patient & explicit in his explanation of the system.
