Right from the start we knew RJ Martindale was a company you could rely on. The lady who booked us in was really friendly and helpful and Dan who came to service our boiler and air con unit couldn’t have been more thorough explaining everything as he went along and at a very reasonable price. Would recommend 100%.

Engineer arrived within the allocated time slot, he was courteous and took care with his equipment when going to service the boiler. He listened carefully to my concerns and carried out the work and left clear feedback and showed an additional feature which we weren’t aware of. Will definitely contact again for next year’s service.

We had our boiler serviced today by Pete, who was absolutely brilliant! We’re on the Essential Home Cover package with RJ Martindale, and the service has been excellent year after year. It really makes you wonder why people pay for companies like British Gas when you have fantastic local businesses like RJ Martindale who genuinely care about doing a proper job. Highly recommend!

Excellent service from the start. Sam in bookings was very friendly and rescheduled our appointment when it was required.
The engineer Connor is very professional and knowledgable. He explained each step of the process, and fixed my issue there and then. Excellent service, would definitely recommend them and I would have no hesitation in using them again.

Booked a boiler and gas fire service via messaging them. They were very responsive to messages and very accommodating with dates and times. When Pete turned up he was very friendly and knowledgeable which helped when discussing the fire as I had never used it since moving into the property. He showed me what I needed to do and gave advice around the coal bricks in the fire. Will definitely be booking them again for my annual service next year and would highly recommend them to anyone who asks!

Water leak on an unidentifiable pipe. The plumber turned up early and was able to complete the task with least inconvenience and disruption to the facilities. Great work.

The engineer arrived when they said he would. Diagnosed the problem quite quickly and replaced parts as required. Very happy with the service.

Replaced our boiler & fitted some new radiators.

Rj Martindale did an absolutely fantastic job for us. So neat & tidy. You honestly couldn't ask for a better job.

Everything left tidy & spotless afterwards, you wouldn't even know they'd been (apart from the new boiler & radiators!).

All the staff are so polite and easy to deal with and they made the whole process easy from quote to completion.
