Ride Inspect provided an awesome service, they did the inspection the same day I called them and before the end of the day, I got the report also. The report was very detailed and everything was clearly understandable. They gave me a call too immeditaely after the inspection to explain the car condition and suggest whether it's worth buying or not. I would definitely recommend them, specifically for their quick same day service.

I am so so happy that I used Ride Inspect, the person who assisted me with inspections was absolutely brilliant. As I am based in Adelaide (female) and purchasing a particular vehicle from Sydney, I needed someone who could be my eyes and inspect the car for me. I now know how extremely lucky I was that AK was that person. He went through the whole vehicle, inspecting and reporting everything he found, good or bad. Checklists, photos and deciphering any wear and tear that is in line with the age or vehicle type was all in the report. Do not trust this guy!!!!! He inspected one vehicle for us, and told us that it was not a good car, then offered to find a car for me. The first car he sold me seemed to be a good car. I then needed a second car, and he offered to sell me another car. I trusted that because I found him under Ride Inspect that it would be a good car with the proper inspections carried out (and he assured me of this). Two months in, we have had a mechanic tell us that this car had been in a major accident with serious damage to the electrical wiring and that it is not roadworthy. DO NOT TRUST!!!

He has also emailed me since I posted this review, threatening to sue me for defamation. This business is a sole trader, and it is the same person who sold me the car. To others, if he has sold you a car, please report it to Victorian Consumer Affairs (google the number to report an unlicensed motor car trader), his ABN is easily discoverable publicly on the ABR website. Look up the name of his business and you will see his name / details there.

Great experience with them, inspected my car on a Sunday when every other inspection company would not inspect on a Sunday, found major faults with the vehicle which stopped me from buying. They take great pride in there work.

My best choice before purchasing that minivan. According to the investigation, there were issues with the differential, and some questionable modifications were made to the frame of the vehicle. During our conversation, the inspector used straightforward language and avoided using technical terms. It really did save me thousands.
