A component that I purchased is missing. Upon enquiry with customer service, the initial response was that they could not see the item purchased, despite listed in the invoice I received... otherwise, experience was good.

Thanks for leaving a review of our Roadworthy Inspection Service.
Vehicles are assessed per the safety and regulatory rules determined by the Department of Transport, all vehicles are required to meet these standards to ensure that all vehicles are safe for usage on Western Australian roads for all users.
As we are an authorised inspection station we inspect all vehicles to the highest degree to ensure they meet WA standards and won't encounter any problems whilst being used.

I already knew from a previous inspection that he would tell it all , good and not good, that resulted in me not going ahead with the purchase.

Worth the money
Definitely worth the money. Comprehensive check by the mechanic with lots of detail and pictures, and a phone call with a debrief of any potential issues explained. For what I paid for the inspection, I ended up getting that off the price of the car because of potential issues found. Recommend.
