slow nd unreliable. i booked a car insepction for my toyota camry . they tried to reach the car dealer apparently , they couldn't reach them and so they devided the next best thing is to send me an email after an hour , and there was no way for me to contact the inspection guys. if they called me , i would have facilitated the meeting or fetched another number . happened multiple times and finally did the inspection after a week's delay. just like many other services - slow , sloppy , no accountability.

Yep, saved me from a disaster. Worth every cent to get the check done. Very thorough process and was easy to identify where the private seller was telling porky pies about servicing, brakes, tyres and mechanical condition. Outstanding service.

They gave really thorough information on what has been checked and if it needs further attention or not.

Eventhough I would have like the inspection to take place earlier, that was earliest possible & I totally understand.

It was very detailed and I think I got my moneys worth ensuring even small scratches on the car was noted & things to be cautious about as well.

If zero stars was an option, I’d select it.
I was treated like dirt when I dared call the customer service number to query why there were three different prices on the website for the same service. The price kept going up every time I hit “continue”. The First Lady was rude and talked over me, and when I asked if I could just book over the phone she instantly snapped, “You have to book on the website.” which was a complete lie because when I asked her why there was a customer service phone number she changed her mind and begrudgingly started taking the booking. I was missing some information so I said I’d just go ahead and book it online. While doing it online I needed clarification on another point so I called the customer service line again. The next lady said there may have been a software update that no one had told her about then proceeded to talk over me. Then when I asked to speak to someone else was told that I had to make a complaint via email. So I did but I’m yet to receive a reply. Then after the inspection had taken place I received no phone call from the inspector even though I specifically asked for him to check the rear brakes as part of the optional messages to the inspector. Bring back NRMA inspections!!! Redbook is hopeless.

The inspection information was excellent very thorough easy to understand. The back up call from Joe the inspector was very professional and answered all my questions and made it easier to make a decision on my purchase

Only used the service as I was interstate, and couldn't see the car... but NOW I'll be using the service for every 2nd hand car purchase I make, private, dealer.. it stopped me buys a 'good looking' car with some bad hidden issues...
