EVERYONE on the team is amazing, Luke did everything in his power to help me get my printer back up and running. I had clogs and electrical problems and this man stayed on zoom for 2+ hours walking me through everything. These people on the team are just genuine guys that wanna help you understand their products and keep pushing like it should. I am extremely unsatisfied with the entire process. To start off the sales rep Don absolutely did not go over the product in detail. I learned upon on boarding it could never be powered down the brand new Apple computer I purchased would not work.

I have had nothing but issues since we turned the printer on it has never printed without leaving a white heathering. I have gone back-and-forth with Luis and Eddie playing email and phone tag. I have sent Shirts to Luis to help troubleshoot with no urgency Shirts were in his possession for over a week. I have lost customers and this machine does not print to the standard I was sold on.

The technician is quick to resolve any issues, demonstrating exceptional knowledge and expertise, as i'm still learning the process. The sales rep took the time to understand my needs and recommend the perfect DTG printer. I'm truly satisfied so far with my purchase.

My experiences with Ricoh are far from good. Their lack of updated driver support has rendered my perfectly functional Ricoh laser printer useless. Despite having just installed a new toner, the printer is now unusable because Ricoh refuses to release updated drivers.

To make matters worse, their customer service is unhelpful. Instead of addressing my concerns, they simply directed me to the outdated driver section of their website, which offers no solutions. It’s frustrating to see a company abandon their products and customers in this way.

I’ll never buy anything from Ricoh again and I don’t recommend them to anyone.
