Gerry was an absolute miracle worker. My Ricoh Ri 1000 had been battling a stubborn print-head clog for months, and he fixed it like it was nothing. He repaired the print head, cleared the blockage, and had us running again faster than we expected. Without him, I would be limited in what I could print. Because of Gerry, my printer is like new, and my business is back up and running. Gerry has top-tier customer service. In addition to him Eddie was fantastic! He walked us through reinstalling the printer head step-by-step, making a complicated process super simple and stress-free. His patience, clarity, jokes were exactly what we needed. It’s rare to find support this helpful, and I'm so grateful for his guidance with my Ricoh Ri 1000. Last but certainly not least is my angel Luke. Luke has truly been my go-to person from day one. He knows my name, checks in, and always provides the information I need without hesitation. His consistency and reliability are unmatched. Honestly, without Luke, I’d be completely lost—he’s the backbone of my support experience with the Ricoh Ri 1000. All in all the customer service here is unmatched!!!

I can’t say enough good about Gerry. After months of fighting a persistent clog in my sister's Ricoh Ri 1000, we sent him the part. He repaired the print head which ultimately restored the machine to perfect working order. Gerry is the kind of mechanic every customer hopes for—knowledgeable and incredibly efficient.

Huge appreciation to Eddie for the incredible support. Reinstalling a print head can feel intimidating, but he guided us through every step with calm, detailed instructions. Thanks to him, we were able to get everything back in place correctly and quickly. Excellent customer service and an excellent technician.

We have the RICOH 2000 DTG printer. When ever we need Tech support this company is the best they will walk you through all the trouble shooting and replacement parts on this machine.They save our small so many times. We thank you so much.

My experience today was with Eduardo and he was awesome. I am very computer literate and was very nervous, he took his time with we me and made sure I understood every step. He was easy to understand and follow. The Ricoh Techs are always amazing !

Hard to get a response out of anyone. Been over 4 weeks since i've been having issues and it doesn't seem to be getting any better. No matter who I talk to, they all say I will get back to you or I will have someone else get back with you tomorrow. They never reach back out to help us out with our issues. I am trying to keep my print shop operating on a daily basis but this is hard to do when no one will follow up with answers/ get back to us with some response. We own 4 Ricoh Ri 4000's and I don't always have the time to reach back out about an issue I was told was being worked on. Absolutely unacceptable.

We were in a Renovation cycle and had no idea that we would begin on-boarding and then be told that we had to leave the building with the on-boarding incomplete. However it's been quite sometime until the renovation was completed and now the company, Ricoh is willing to pick up where we left off. We are so gracious for this effort.

Margarita was very helpful in making sure the part I needed for my printer was processed. When I called to inform Ricoh I did not receive the promised email regarding the purchase of the item I needed, I was forced to call to figure it out. Margarita received the call and even though I could tell it wasn’t her responsibility to complete this action, she did so anyway and made sure I was taken care of.

Technician -Eddie was phenomenal! He truly cares about connecting with customer and getting to the bottom of what ever the issue may be .

RICOH tech support has been a huge help. Luke was awesome, courteous, called back when he said he would all around great experience.

Joseph was easy to deal with, shipping was fast and the printer has been great so far and I feel confident in the tech support being lifetime. The previous printer I had does not provide support after the warranty expires and charges an exorbitant amount for phone support. Happy with my Ricoh experience so far.
