Great combination of education and hands-on work that allows the students to experience AI tools first-hand. Very informative overview of the different AI tools available. Love that students walk away with resources and knowledge we can immediately apply in our daily work.

This course is awesome. It's amazingly insightful and the takeaways can be put to immediate use.

I liked the format of the class. Being able to review different types of creative, and being allowed to provide feedback, as well as gain some insight on what creative is out there compared to your own association/business marketing campaigns, was invigorating.

Excellent overview of best practices for creating effective digital marketing and communications: banners, landing pages, email. Good for beginners and experienced pros as a refresher.

This was a great experience. I learned a lot. The speakers were knowledgeable and fair in their critiques. The challenge is working with creatives from associations with varying resources and staff but I think you did a great job representing everyone. I think an effort was made to meet all the associations where there were and provide attainable feedback.

I enjoyed the topic coverage for media marketing. Guest speakers brought forward informative and helpful information about how to make landing pages and emails get more clicks and views. I appreciate all the great examples as I am a very visual hands-on learner.

The sessions were filled with a wealth of knowledge. 1 hour of information felt like 3 month worth of data. Loved it!

I have taken two courses from Association Academy, both with Chris leading the discussions and Laura running things in the background (Digital Marketing & Membership Growth). They always provide a solid experience and the content is extremely helpful if you work in the association world. My only critique is that the membership growth course is a bit more heavily focused on professional societies than trade associations, but the concepts remain relevant nonetheless, and Chris adds his own situational knowledge to enhance the learning experience. Highly recommend!

Outstanding content, support and enthusiastic presentation by Chris. I walk away with several new ideas to incorporate into our membership program.

This course, just one hour for 10 consecutive weeks, was a great introduction to Association Member Management and Growth. I was reminded of things I knew but didn't have "top of mind" any more, and I learned new things about areas I haven't fully explored yet. The content helped me to get a "big picture" of my goals for membership work and also provided ideas for "quick wins" that I can tackle right away.

This class was excellent. I am new in my roll with non-profit organization. This gave me a better understanding on my roll at work and some of the changes I can apply to keep our members coming back and continue support. The instructor always up beat which is helpful since the class is after lunch. The quiz in the middle of the lecture were great and they gave me a better understanding on what I was learning.

Chris is an awesome presenter. He knows associations and their quirks and how to improvise.

The course was just the beginning and a great class, looking forward to the Association Membership class.

Great intro to Digital Marketing Strategies. For the more seasoned professionals, this is still a great way to revise and update on current trends. Fully enjoyed the experience and recommend it.
