My Journey with Scrumstudy certifications
My experience with scrumstudy.com has been truly amazing! The courses are super easy to follow, and everything is explained in a way that makes learning Scrum simple and practical. The instructors are fantastic, they share real-life examples that make the lessons interesting and relatable. They will sign you up for classes that you don’t want or need, then after they charge you they will not refund it even if you didn’t want in and never used the service. terrible customer service!

Very difficult to get support, twice I enrolled in the free training for SODFC.
Webinar on Introduction to Extending Scrum to Ops & DevOps and Training for Scrum for Operations & Fundamentals Certified (SODFC) Certification
Never received the email to join the webinar for both dates.
I don't know what else to do since the support tickets were filed, and they can't seem to help.
Just know if you have problems, it will take a long time for things to get fixed since they use support tickets and everything is via email.

Great Training, GREAT value
Training material was comprehensive, well structured, and dailed-in on exactly what one needs to know as a Scrum Product Owner. The final exam was equally comprehensive and tough, but passing it demonstrates true competency with the material. Lastly, the support staff was extremely helpful and responsive in resolving problems. Overall GREAT value for the $$ invested!

The worst e-learning and customer service I've ever experienced
The course material is below average and the customer service even worse. Took a Scrum Master Certified course through Teknologisk Institute in Denmark, which use Scrum Study for the certification process.
Read the book and took the e-learning. Just bad. E-learning voice over has been retconned with 2-3 different voices for 2-3 min videos. Overall the E-learning is just bad and not very helpful.
The book is decent but repetitive and lacking perspective, cases and examples. Overall the course material for Scrum Master is inefficient.
Also had a horrible experience with customer service. Missed an exam because of US - Denmark differences in timezones. For some reason my exam was at midnight instead of midday. Wrote to the customer service several hours in advance, and they barely bothered to read my ticket. Just responded with a generic automated response.
I'd give them 0 stars, but thats unfortunately not possible.
