No service and monthly payment dont work.
They have good courses, but their abn. solution, with monthly payment does not work at all (from Denmark). I have activated my Paypal account and paid, but still no access to Premium Subscription, and already first time and now when it should go automatic. Customer-service write, "it will happen automatic", no it dont. And if I have to fight every month I will find another place. Bad customer care and service in general
answer for reply: I already payed with Paypal, like first time. Do you want me to pay one more time ?? I triede the link you sent to me before, first time in January and now again, in dont work. I sent my reciept for paymen to the ticketsystem and directly to you by mail.

This is well structured, very fluid. A legitimate company have 85% cancellation fee in the name of refund. Wow we are so foolish and you people are so smart.

Don't be fooled by all of the fake 5…
Don't be fooled by all of the fake 5 star reviews. ScrumStudy has a habit of creating false reviews (look at this book on Amazon). The SBOK is NOT affiliated in anyway with Scrum, and indeed the creators of Scrum have pushed back on this guide as everything that is wrong with doing Scrum.
The authors are NOT know in the Agile/Scrum community, and all seasoned agile coaches and scrum master do not promote Scrum Study or this book.
I'm not a 'competitor'; I'm an Agile Coach who has extensive experience in the industry and know that very few experienced practitioners support ScrumStudy. NONE of the original signatories to the Agile Manifesto support ScrumStudy, and their response to every negative review is the same 'cut and paste' answer. Form your own opinion.

This is a factually wrong statement, most probably made by a competitor of SCRUMstudy™. The Amazon reviews being referred to are pretty outdated and a decade old. We suggest checking the current reviews/feedback on Amazon that clearly state why the SBOK® Guide is rated 4.3/5.

It is NOT the Global Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile Certifications
Let's be clear. They are NOT the "Global Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile Certifications" as they claim because there is no Global Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile Certifications. They may have registered themselves in the USA but they are based in India and very high turnover of salespeople. Look at their reviews. Lots and lots of profiles with only one review.
I am an Agile Coach and Scrum Master and in the industry, we have very real worries and concerns about this business. It is not legitimate. It is poor quality and misleading and is doing only harm to our industry.
Response to their reply. Couldn't find anyone registered under my name? That's because all you can see is "Gavin, Cheshire".
Registered in USA. Yes, they do have an office registered in the USA but ALL of their staff work in India.
To be very clear about this. They are NOT the awarding body for Scrum. They are NOT an awarding body ANY Agile approach.
I am a professional Agile Coach.
