Very engaging and informative class. Chris is extremely knowledgeable and energetic which makes you want to pay attention and allows you to relate to the content. I do not have a marketing background so felt a little confused at first but Chris' example helped me to relate and understand and think about what my organizations membership efforts. I walked away with more information that I started. Thanks, Chris and team. Looking forward to another class soon.

The course instructor was full of energy week after week, there were great visual examples provided, all terms were defined, and the group chat was another great resource. I came away learning several new things around membership growth.

This course gave me so many great ideas and really helped me understand current best practices. Even from course attendees, some of the chat comments and suggestions were so helpful and insightful.

I recommend this 10-week course to all association membership professionals regardless of their tenure. Chris is such an engaging, entertaining speaker. The course included basic information but he also provided useful nuggets based upon his years of experience that were new to me and thought provoking. I appreciate that the course materials, recordings, and chat transcripts were made available immediately following each class. Also, the class chat was dynamic and provided many ideas that I'll be implementing.

Fun and engaging. The time flew by. The recaps and ability to replay the sessions were extremely helpful in getting the material to sink in.

I highly recommend the Association Academy's Association Membership Growth Course. The instructor was enthusiastic and knowledgeable and provides "extras" like a LinkedIn Group. I took away at least one thing from each class that I could implement in my daily work. The course gave me some new information, some review and a way to help me look at my association's issues more creatively. 10/10 would recommend.

This was a complete overview of digital marketing campaigns. In some areas it was a great refresher and in some areas (like social media) I learned a ton! I am looking forward to taking one of his next classes on SEO!
