No matter how good they are at their job creating resumes, when you pay $2.99 cents and then behind your back they charge you a membership fee of $23.40 and your bank calls you and asks if you authorized that and no, I didn't, they do it without any authorization, that is being dishonest violating consumer ethics, I only take the one-time option of my resume for only $2.99.

If this is not Fraud, what is it?
If this is not a fraud, then why auto-debiting my bank card every month without my consent and for no reason?
I reached out to the customer service via Live Chat to lay my complaints about this fraudulent acts. They told me to provide my account ID which I did. They told me they cannot find any active account with my email address at their own end. Sound funny. I asked them if that is so, why am I able to login on my account with thesame email address I provided them? And if they claims they cannot find active account on their end, WHY have they continued to be auto-debiting my bank card? These question were never responded to.
They further requested for my first 4 digits and last 6 digits of my card to trace transaction and requested I send them screenshot of my bank statement showing the debited amount and date. This was a case of auto-debiting my bank card on August 16th (last week, Friday) and this case were reported to them same day and up till this moment, there is no further feedback from them despite my continued emails sent to them. Today, I just found out that they did this same thing by auto-debiting my bank card without my consent in the month of July 19th and never refunded the money. Resumehelp.com has charged my bank card for $23.90 (£18.68 equivalent) TWICE, amounting to a total of $47.8 (£37.36 equivalent) so far on my bank card.
The sad thing, they told me there is no option on their website to REMOVE my bank card. If this is not a fraud, tell me what it is?
