They kept me up to date about what was happening with parts that needed ordering to do my repair offered apologies that it took a while (wasn't their fault they was waiting for the parts)

Unbelievable service
Unbelievable service. First visit the engineer clearly laid out the options. When the decision was made the parts were delivered promptly and the second visit organised quickly. The repairs were carried out and all the old parts removed
No fuss or bother to us. Really happy with the results

Got a call from Melvin
Got a call from Melvin, advising ne bu guarantee was running out abd if I wanted to continue. He explained what I'd get and the prices in full. Very personable young man and was cheerful and polite. Everything was explained fully and an emergency contact number was given, advised an email copy of agreement would be forwarded and a paper copy in the post.

It was very good and efficient talking to Chris but I rang on the 5/3rd/2026 to make an amendment to direct debit payments sent me e.mail but they have not altered the amendment correctly and they have not got the dates correct for the payment to go out even though I told them first payment due on 8/4/2026 a little bit annoyed I have to ring again

Utterly poor customer service
Utterly poor customer service. Keep you on the phone for ages. Eventually an Engineer attended and agreed that the Bosch wash machine qualified for the replacement rubber door to drum seal. Only at that time did he take the model number of the machine and said that he would have the spare part sent to his home address and on receipt he would arrange fitting with me. Now I understand the part will be delivered to me and then I will have to go back and try and get it fitted. So far 3 weeks have elapsed and no spare part been delivered to my home. The defect was reported before the annual cover was due renewal on 6th Feb 26. Because of such absolutely poor customer service I cancelled the Direct Debit. However for a defect reported during a covered period they have an obligation to repair my machine. Somehow I think they are trying to avoid their obligation. Very poor service and repair still awaited.
