Great Customer Experience

Great assistance from the moment I called the Customer Service line. Received a visit from Dan on the Tuesday and he identified the problem straight away from the video I took of the issue with my Samsung Washing machine. He ordered the part and gave me his mobile number. I contacted him today 29/05 and the part was in and he said he would be round between 1500-1600 to fit it. He turns up and fits the re-circuation pump with no issues. He was very professional and friendly. He left no mess at all and just an all round great, friendly chap! Well done Dan!

No pressure great product and prices

No pressure. The sales team are there to support you through and will take the time to explain everything. It was cheaper this year than last year.

I got a hard sell with an unsolicited…

I got a hard sell with an unsolicited call. I claimed it was offering a renewal at a redused price. Tis was untrue as I did not have a previous policy with them.

I called the help line to cancel the policy immediately and to cancel the direct debit. I wait with baited breath to see if every has been cancelled as primised on the phone
