The initial call to the company was dealt with straight away, and professionally. There was,however, a lack of communication to the engineer,who was assigned to the job.the company informed myself and my wife,the engineer would attend at 1pm.by 5pm,we were still waiting. Upon speaking to the engineer, he wasn't even aware that he had to attend. He was at home.
When he arrived, he was polite,and professional, and the job was complete in about 15 minutes.

As soon as I had a problem I called Repair and Assure. They were very helpful and advised me I would get a call within 48 hours from the engineer. They did call within the timeframe and arranged a mutually convenient appointment. They did call engineer was polite and courteous and got to the problem immediately. My washing machine is now working perfectly. Very happy.

From the first call to register my tepair the service supplied was excellent, friendly polite helpful staff on the phone and the service engineers were considerate and helpful, hope that the fridge is now fixed

From day 1 to the final day of my machine being fixed. Calls were very professional, engineer was 100% , (Dan), Dan explained everything that needed doing to my machine , two call outs , now I have a machine that sounds brand new. Thank you for all support.

Great assistance from the moment I called the Customer Service line. Received a visit from Dan on the Tuesday and he identified the problem straight away from the video I took of the issue with my Samsung Washing machine. He ordered the part and gave me his mobile number. I contacted him today 29/05 and the part was in and he said he would be round between 1500-1600 to fit it. He turns up and fits the re-circuation pump with no issues. He was very professional and friendly. He left no mess at all and just an all round great, friendly chap! Well done Dan!
