Renewell water has been responsive and active all the way from the day ai enquired the product.

Great installation done by Gerard, amazing customer support by Kyle who would always escalate any issues I have had so far. Fantastic home service from Stephen and Rosti, who came to fix and ensure the water is getting sorted.

The water softener machine looks to be working fine but still in need of concrete resolution on the harness but I am confident this will be done soon. The filtered water is out of this world, my wife and I are so relieved we don't need to buy any water bottle anymore.

Such an easy company to deal with from start to finish. Great products that fit easily under the sink.

Most importantly water taste is so pure after filters been installed. Their customer care is very supportive. definitely recommend. ( Ireland)

After seeing a neat install job done in a friends house it was a good reference point to engage with them with the initial email and quick follow up phone call from Will Kelly giving some reassurance on how the system would intergrate with our existing water softener and scheduling in the call out for the following week. They kept in touch over phone and messages until the technician arrived who installed everything perfectly and showed how it all worked. Nearly a week on, we can notice the difference in water quality for drinking and making tea to allow us finally discard our brita jugs. Would recommend these guys, they are professional and great to deal with in offering a quality service.

Your technician let one of the valves come off and soaked our whole floor and ceiling with water. Also our toaster and kettle were all destroyed with water. It was an absolute joke.

I was very impressed with Keith who installed our water filter he was very professional we are delighted with the result we can feel safe using our filter tap knowing it is pure water we are drinking

Like I said this company is a sham, they are liars they refuse to communicate with me. I stand by everything I said I have given them everything they have asked for. All I want is for this system to be removed, if I had of been made aware that it would have caused me to detox from my epilepsy medication I would have never purchased this system. I am a single mother of three children. Please remove this from my home that’s all I’m asking why are you dragging this out?
