First time using reliable skip hire and I would have to say the website is the most fastest easy one to use needed a skip short notice and they were able to fit us in the delivery was quick and easy they place the skip actual where I asked them to on the details on line when booking it and picked up on date asked service was excellent definitely would use again 😁

Been using reliable skip for years now, always a ‘reliable’ service even during the busy months. Easy to get hold of and appreciate the text reminders for collection and to be able to message them back over text if anything needs changing. Price has always been the cheapest. Noticed someone mentioned about the £20 cancellation fee if they cancel a skip, but they let you re-schedule it up to a month later which I think is very fair.

Online information was extremely helpful in enabling us to book the correct type of skip. In fact the whole process was easy and problem free. The skip arrived and was collected on the days we requested and we were kept informed during the whole process. The prices were the most reasonable of those we looked at.

I’ve never ordered a skip before and Emma made the process really quick and easy. She answered all my questions (sorry!) and helped me book it. The driver was very friendly and careful when putting the skip down. Just make sure to check the waste restrictions, some rubbish you might think can go in a skip but can’t. Other companies I checked with too also had the same restrictions.

Helpful customer service team. My builder changed their plans and needed the skip to come a few weeks later. Reliable offered to change the booking up to 30 days later free of charge. When it did turn up, the driver was really nice and took his time to make sure it was in the right place and put down carefully. They were the cheapest company I could find and lived up to their name!

Having never hired a skip before, reliable skips made it really easy. The website was quick and simple to book the skip online. I had to call first to check if I could put a few things in like a mattress and some plasterboard, but was advised these can't go in. After ringing around a few companies this is the norm due to environmental regulations. Emma was really polite and helpful and our driver (sorry can't remember his name - glasses and black hair) was a pro at placing the skip down and making sure not to hit our new fence. 5 stars, faultless service!

Really positive experience - delivery was on time, pre booked a collection, but called up and booked an early collection and they picked it up the next day! Staff have been really helpful throughout and the price was the cheapest i could find too.

Easy to book and good price, delivered on the day it was expected. HOWEVER, absolute nightmare getting it collected, phone calls, emails, etc, it’s still sat on my drive, in the way and STILL no collection. You are told 48 hours from requesting collection on the website it will be collected. It’s now one week and 2 days and still no collection and it’s sat in the way!!!

Ordered a skip for the Bristol branch. Quick and easy to order online - they kept us updated along the way. I wasn’t sure if the skip would fit on my drive, so gave them a call, and sent a picture and they were able to advise it would be fine! Collection was seamless too, picked up on the day. Would use again

Beware of this company. They don’t do their homework before confirming whether their truck can fit in a driveway they are supposed to drop off the skip and are expecting customers to assume that it can fit their driveway and would charge the customer for wasted journey plus hidden charges (VAT). I had been charged £108 which is very expensive. It’s nearly half of the actual price of the skip. Should’ve looked elsewhere and did more research. I heard some of the skip companies are doing their research before they deliver the skip… if it will fit in the drop off location. I guess they earn a lot of money from wasted journey fee from customers cancelling skip. I would understand if it’s just £40-£50 for wasted journey fee but £108 is just too much. It’s a rip off. Well it’s a lesson learned. I wouldn’t recommend this company. I understand it’s mentioned in their terms and conditions that a wasted journey fee will be charged for some reason but at least they should do their homework and not expect customers to assume that their truck will fit in a driveway. It’s a money-making company and does not care about the customers.

Good company had no issues with skip hire or replacement. The only reason I knocked off a star is because they don’t take plasterboard or carpet which is a bit of a challenge when you are doing a house refurb.

Their company name is pretty ironic! Do reliable skips care about the skips they transport from one place to another? What about their partnered companies? Why are they unreliable? Why do we have to go to voicemail? Why do we have to email through different employees? They clearly do not care enough for the business if this is how they treat their customers. If you want a skip within good time, don't get your hopes up and if you want it collected within good time and as expected. You may as well find a new home for it as they don't seem all bothered to pick up the waste.

I hired a 3 yard skip, on the day, they were late and when they arrived, they didnt have the 3 yard but a six yard skip instead.
The skip was to big for the driveway and the arms on the lorry where to big to fit down the drive also, I was not aware that the driveway had to be a certain size for the arms.
I was told I would then need a permit for the skip to be placed in the road and the permit would take a few days so I cancelled the skip. Now I have been charged £156 because i cancelled and it was apparently a wasted journey for the company.
I don’t mind paying a charge but that is a lot of money just to cancel.
I will never use them again, and not recommend.
