Skip arrived on time. Delivery agent friendly and careful dropping it off on the drive. We had a small room to rip out and were done within a week so asked for it to be collected. Following numerous chases with barely any response it has finally been picked up, 4 weeks later. Poor, inaccurate communication which was frustrating.

Booked a 4-yard skip for garden waste and old fence panels. EasySkip delivered to my drive in Reading – driver was careful, didn't crush my flower border.
I nearly made a mistake: I had an old carpet from the spare room rolled up ready to go in. Driver spotted it and said no – POPs regulations mean carpets with foam backing can't go in a mixed skip. He wasn't being awkward; it's the law.
They gave me a leaflet with a list of what's banned. Fair enough. I took the carpet to the tip myself.
Skip collected on day 6 (I paid for 7 days, they came early – no problem). Total was £199.
If you read their rules first, you'll be fine. If you don't, don't leave a 1-star review because you didn't listen.
Where do I start! Ordered a skip for delivery on the 7th April collected on the 11th April payment all went through but got no confirmation email so I rang them and they could deliver on the 8th (not great as digger arrived on the 7th) finished with skip on the 9th rang them to collect if possible before the 11th(scheduled collection) no collection early and no collection on the scheduled date. Emailed and rang to have a moan on 13th and said they would contact the contractor. Got message on 14th saying collection 15th now 17th and skip still not collected. Think long and hard before using Eazyskips!!!!!

Arrives on a random day - we'd paid for next day collection as it was taking up our whole driveway and they didn't collect for 3 weeks. Again a nightmare trying to get in touch. Offered us £10 off next order as compensation. Terrible company, do not hire, they just outsource anyway so find local.

Absolutely appalled with service. Was advised the day before Skip was due to be delivered that the local authority had rejected the off-road permit. Unable to give a refund without the cancellation fee and permit fee deducted, even though they won't be able to provide the service I had requested. I understand the permit fee not being able to be refunded as this was already paid to the local authority. However, I didn't agree with them not being able to provide a full refund as they couldn't provide the service. They offered a 30 minute skip collection to which I agreed as they couldn't give full refund, but then we're unable to provide this on the day I required it even though I previously booked for these days. It took several phone calls and eventually my builder spoke to them. It was only then that they agreed to provide a full refund less the permit fee. However, they still haven't provided a full refund and still charged more than the permit fee. I would not recommend them to anyone and I will not be using them again.

Booked for it to be delivered on Thursday before the Easter bank holiday so we'd have the full weekend to get started. Didn't show, nobody contacted. The phone number is an AI that doesn't patch you through. Then told on Monday the depot had a broken down vehicle. It might come Tuesday. No show. Wednesday, no show.
Wednesday I emailed to cancel, absolute waste of time.

If possible I would score ZERO. Ordered and paid for skip . Delivery date arrives and NO SHOW !!! After several calls to the company and them promising to sort it straight away after 5hrs still no show . Avoid this company at all costs !!!!!!!!!!!
THEY CHARGED ME TWICE FOR A SKIP, with deceptive language on there e-mails. Money is locked out of my account.
Paid for a skip on Saturday for Monday delivery. Monday - no skip, phoned up 10am, was told they are looking into it and will get back to me.
Tuesday10am. No skip. Phoned up, was told they are looking into it and will get back to me.
Tuesday 3pm. No skip. Phoned up, there is no-one picking up the phone I was on hold for 1 hour.
Skip was booked in and confirmed for delivery today, it hasn’t arrived. Just received a text saying the collection of the skip isn’t due tomorrow…. There won’t be anything to collect because they haven’t delivered anything. Currently almost £400 out of pocket and no one picking up the phone all day, or responding to whatsapp or emails. I have been massively inconvenienced by this.

The first red flag was after I booked the skip for drop off and collection on a Saturday. Their website allowed me to select, confirm and pay for a Saturday drop off and collection. A few days later, I receive an email saying they don't do drop offs and collections at weekends. So why let me pick that option on your web site? Anyway, it was agreed they would drop the skip off on Friday and collect it on Monday. Friday comes and they arrive with the 8 yard skip after initially wanting a 6 yard and being told one isn't available in my area (more on this) and I was told by neighbours who witnessed them arrive, they promptly left again. I call them to ask why they couldn't leave the skip on my mother's driveway and they said an 8 yard wouldn't have fit. I explained to the gentleman on the phone that I initially wanted a 6 yard but was told one was not available to which he said oh yes we've got 6 yards in stock at the depot. So I angrily call their customer service line which is such a bad quality line its almost impossible to hear the other person and request a refund. Avoid!
Do not use this company. When you book you’re only allowed to select one box for what you are placing in the skip.
Once booked you then receive an email about prohibited items.
Subsequently/ after booking you receive a list of additional charges including £100 + vat for who knows what, admin fee, processing fee, then a list of charges for each item like soft furnishings £35 + vat, electrical items £35 + vat, upholstery £35. + vat and plasterboard £45/bag + vat etc
It then lists out charges for if you declare it after the event and these are roughly double or more!
Stay away from these cowboys who make up the charges as they go along without any upfront notification!
Terrible service. Avoid this third-party company and go to a skip company direct. Placed an order for a skip delivery in 2 days and holding payment. I never heard back from them, and it's impossible to speak to anyone. I cancelled my order and still not heard back from them.

Never use this company, what a let down, after ordering the skip on line and then confirming its delivery as I live three hours from where it was being delivered and didn’t want a wasted journey myself to load it. I needed it to arrive Tuesday, after a gut feel to call again to confirm, after a long wait I was finally told it wouldn’t arrive until the following Monday!!! They didn’t even have the decency to call me!
