Really easy to work with, skip arrived on time and was collected well too. Driver was great and happy to help drop the skip in the ideal spot. Customer services really helpful and appreciated their flexibility too. Will definitely use again when required.

Not so reliable…
Booked my skip about a week in advance of needing it, delivery day arrived and by 3pm it still hadn’t arrived so I contacted them to discover there had been an error their end where they had somehow managed to put the collection date as the delivery date. They didn’t have any similar sized skips available (12 yard) so instead offered me an 8 yard which would have been far too small, I did suggest they could send two 6 yards but was told no. Thankfully the lady that I dealt with was quick to apologise and offer a refund although it did leave me rushing around to find another company, luckily I found one who could deliver the next day and I’ve used them for 3 skips now so at least another company benefited from it all!

Watch out for their admin fee
I ordered a skip on a Monday. My circumstances changed and I called to cancel the skip on the Tuesday. The skip was booked for the Friday. So the lorry had never left the yard for me at this point.
Yet they changed me a heavy admin / cancellation fee just for calling up to cancel and the skip lorry that was never even on route for me, I could understand if it was. I called up days in advance before it was due.
Absolute money maker that. Will not use or recommend for this reason.

I’m truly sorry the admin fee caused frustration. The reason we charge the £20 fee is because covers essential costs like unrecoverable card processing fees (2-3%) and scheduling logistics. When a skip is ordered out of hours, it's planned into the diary within the hour during the day, or if booked out of hours, 7am the next morning. We also manage a limited number of skips, which impacts our ability to extend hires for other customers when a skip is reserved.
We work hard to keep our prices among the lowest nationwide, and this fee helps us maintain that.
We understand that plans sometimes change, so we do also offer the option to put your skip on hold for up to 30 days at no extra charge.
If you ever need to use our services again, please get in touch directly and I’ll personally help to ensure a smooth experience.

Fantastic service and after comparison checks the best cost too! Delivery drivers were efficient and early and the guy even sweeped a little bit after collection, will definitely use again (hopefully not to soon in a nice way lol)

I’m genuinely sorry for the confusion and frustration you’ve experienced with your skip delivery and collection.
Unfortunately, our transport team’s computer system at the Bristol depot went down unexpectedly, forcing them to switch to paper records temporarily. This led to some miscommunication and errors, including the incorrect notification about your delivery and the confusion regarding the collection - long story short, a member of the team had accidentally booked the collection date as the delivery date which caused the delay and subsequent confusion about the collection; normally, orders are all booked on automatically. I completely understand how this has been inconvenient and upsetting.
Please rest assured that the issue has been addressed to prevent it from happening again and we now have a more rigid process if a depot has issues with the computer systems. I regret that we didn’t meet your expectations this time and sincerely apologise for the trouble caused.
If you decide to use our service again, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me directly, and I’ll ensure everything runs smoothly for you.
