I recently ran into some issues with a vacation I booked through Redeem Vacations (the trip was to Dubai and with the current situation I wasn't feeling safe going there at this time) and contacted them about my options. Marc reached out to me almost immediately after I sent my email. He was so helpful and professional. Great customer service. I highly recommend.

I recently plan a trip, but my wife became ill and needed surgery which went that or trip was cancelled but I was able to talk to Redeem Vacations and we was able to reschedule for a later date.

My customer service representive was very prompt and assisted me with help my client redeem her voucher.

Great experience with amazing destinations! There were no issues with my booking and the company kept me updated throughout the process. I look forward to using again.

Love everything about this hotel the cleanliness and staff!

Customer service is great, but terms and conditions for travel are very limited. You also must pay additional taxes and fees, which come to at least $150 for the whole stay. Most days are not available and our hotel options were poor. If you want anything nicer than 3 stars or in the center (the same 3 stars) then you pay extra out of your pocket.

Amazing staff and clean very nice hotel! They had everything we needed! The only bad thing was that the pool wasn’t accessible and the bathroom door wouldn’t stay closed and when it finally did, I couldn’t get it back open for a while!

The hotel that was booked: Waikiki Resort Hotel was a fabulous hotel. It was clean, convenient, and walkable to most everything we planned. The staff was helpful and friendly, pool was great, rooms were comfortable and clean and the bed was comfy. Loved the whole week.

I was unable to book in the original time frame and they gave me an extention. The reservation went well. Please note, we were given a room with 2 queen's so we had to pay to upgrade to a king. We stayed in Vegas so we also had to pay $55 a night resort fees.

Very efficient customer service. Jason explained all my questions about redeeming the incentive.

Marc was very patient and he didn’t hesitate to answer all of my questions.
