This is the second year for our kiddos and 4th camp week at Creator Camp. Both have loved the animation themes, field trips and time outside. The counselors are all friendly and organized. They’ve loved having Eric and Harmeen for all their camp experiences. At this camp they really get to know the kids and create a warm community!

In creator camp, I remember everybody liking Eric! Eric gave a personalized note to everyone in his camp when it ended! The Oscars we did was fun, everyone got a cool trophy. I really liked the camp but my younger sister would come home a lil grumpy sometimes. I would definitely recommend Roblox coding camp :)

My son loves Creator Camp! He has the best time every session. The camp has enough structure to teach the software but then really lets the kid's creativity shine. The counselors are so patient and encouraging. They really build confidence in kids and allow them space to experiment autonomously. This was our second summer attending camps & we will be back again next year!

This is definitely the best camp with the best instructors!!! My son loved it so much. Thank you to all the wonderful team!

We did Creator Camp through Creative Kids Camp. My kid had an amazing time with Ethan working with redstone in Minecraft as well as learning Roblox/3D game design. I was impressed with what they came home with every day.

Our kids attended 3 of the camps at Orange Hills church . At first we really didn’t know what to expect, but it turned out to be such a great decision. Our kids were so excited about the projects they were making and really bonded with the other kids and the instructors. The instructors were patient , caring , and so sweet with the kids. Shout out to Matt, Annette and Sophia for an amazing job. THANK YOU!

My son attended your camp this summer, he loved it 10/10! He had nothing but great things to say, highly recommend!

My kids attended a couple of Creator Camp classes last year, and this year they spent the entire summer there. They absolutely love going!

I especially want to recognize the incredible counselors who made this summer such a great experience. We watched our kids learn new technology skills, explore their creativity, and become more confident using technology, all in a safe, controlled, and age-appropriate environment.

A huge shout-out to Sheridyn, Ana, Lucy, Brandon, Samaya, Kris, Ms. Kennedy, Ms. Emily, and Ms. Doha. You all did an amazing job teaching, encouraging, and supporting our kids throughout the summer.

These counselors deserve recognition for their outstanding work. Thank you for giving our kids a place where they were excited to learn, create, and come back every day. You made Creator Camp something they truly looked forward to!

Fiona was a great instructor. Sparked my grandson's 8 year old interest and we attended another session.

My daughter Willow had a great time at creator camp. She loved Ms. Dani so much and had a great time with her. Thank you Ms. Dani for helping create some great memories for Willow.

My kids attended creator camp in Irvine, California and had the best time! They learned how to edit videos and film, but also how to conceptualize their video story and also come up with a brand. I would definitely recommend this summer camp. We loved all of our teachers, but Julia and Ryannne were their favorites!

Both my 12-year-old boy and 8-year-old girl had a wonderful experience in a creative and fun environment with caring counselors. They were proud of the videos they created.

Mr. Brandon was AWESOME!! The youth LOVED him as well as the staff and was sad he had to go. Mr. Brandon was VERY...... knowledgeable of his job. He made it fun and easy for the youth. You all have a gem apart of you guys team. Thank you very much for sharing him with MacDill AFB Youth Programs!!:)

Mr. Jones was a fantastic instructor and Dax said he wished he was his school teacher! Great experience and I had the wild experience of playing a game created by my son! Recommended.

My son loved creator camp this summer. He traditionally has not liked camps as he is not an avid sports fan or into traditional day camps. He loves technology, Roblox games, and making videos. He had so much fun he asked to go back a third week. He already is planning to go back next summer. He had Ms.Shannon and Mr. Choi who were great!

My son did like this camp- but I can’t say that much learning happened. After he “filmed” his movie I don’t think any else productive happened. I also think he was able to get on you tube for majority of the time.
His counselors were very kind and sweet - Ms. T and Mr. Dahra .

I want to start by positively mentioning Lucy. She was wonderful to the kids. Nicole was extremely responsive and helpful and I don’t believe the shortcomings of the last camp were on her.
Positives. Nice counselors, minus one who my kid said was mean. But I’m not harping on that. Lucy was great. Kids come home saying they had fun and loved it. My son did learn a few new things
Constructive criticism: I’d like to see more structure. My son learned a few cool things, but it seemed that they had unorganized video plans. They didn’t story board or plan out the videos, he was just told to go film. I’d like to see them work on something useful from beginning to end. He went in to YouTube gamers wanting to broadcast his FC mobile game. He was told that the game is too long. So the idea was completely scrapped. Why not teach him to film it and edit the good parts into a great usable video? He practices sports broadcasting skills doing this which is way more useful than what he ended up doing. He ended up doing a rate the TV show video which caused a reaction of boos from the campers for his rating choices. So his last impression of the camp was that everyone hated him and his video and he refused to show it to us.
He previously attended YouTube creators camp, we chose gamers for the last. He was combined with creators and made to watch the same videos he’d already seen. We specifically signed him up for a different camp for that reason.
It seemed that the Chinese theater location was thrown together last minute and it showed. And I believed it was more expensive. My son didn’t get to use his creator bucks he had saved (though we warned him that could happen moving to a different camp location). The parking was convenient but not cleared by security who constantly told us we couldn’t park there for pick up, I found it odd that they showed a camp full of kids ranging from age 5-15, which most being in the 8-11 range the last half of the new Spider-Man movie, as it is rated PG-13, but also some parents may have been planning to take their kids to see it. His certificate was beautiful from the other locations, he was visibly disappointed in his black and white paper copy of a certificate he received. His cousins even said the wrong camp on it. Lastly, the camp advertised meeting industry professionals. Unless the kids didn’t tell me something the only industry professionals I can think of that they met were The Minions. The kids found this fun, but my son is in the entertainment industry, so I think I thought professionals meant actual working professionals from the YouTube creator or filmmaking profession. My sister and I are torn over doing this camp again. The kids had an overall positive experience and had a lot of fun, but we were disappointed in a lot of aspects of the structure of the camp. And for us it was a bit of a drive from the valley.
Edit: the drive from the valley isn’t a criticism on them, a valley location would be great, but we know we chose to make the drive. That’s because we were really sold on this camp. We just aren’t as sold now.

I wanted to take a moment to share how incredibly positive our experience was with the Shark Tank Entrepreneurs Camp during the week of July 27, and especially to recognize Eric for the role he played in making the week so memorable.

My son absolutely loved this camp. What stood out to us most was how much he enjoyed learning from Eric. Throughout the week, he would come home talking about the activities, what he had learned, and the experience overall. He specifically spoke about how knowledgeable, engaging, and attentive Eric was with the kids.

As a parent, it means a lot when your child not only has fun at camp, but comes home genuinely excited about what they are learning. Eric clearly has a wonderful ability to connect with the kids, keep them engaged, and share his knowledge in a way that makes learning interesting and enjoyable. His enthusiasm and attentiveness throughout the week did not go unnoticed, and I really wanted to make sure his leadership was recognized.

I also want to extend a sincere thank you to the organizers, site supervisor, and camp counselors. Creative Kids Camp consistently provides such a positive experience, and we really appreciate the care and effort that goes into creating an environment where the kids feel welcomed, engaged, and excited to participate.

Thank you to Eric and the entire Creative Kids Camp team for making this such a fantastic week. Experiences like this are exactly why we continue to have such positive things to say about Creative Kids Camp!
