John from the Port Melbourne branch seriously needs to work on his respect and professionalism. I had a terrible experience with him, he was extremely rude and disrespectful in the way he spoke to me. I made a real effort to stay calm because I wasn’t going to let his behaviour drag me into unnecessary trouble.

I honestly wouldn’t buy a used car without first using this service. It is a no brainer. So impressed by the level of detail in reporting and customer service. Money well spent. Exterior inspection did not report on an obvious dent, as well as panal misalignment and previous paint work, which leaves me far less confident about the remainder of the inspection.

I was sceptical that it wouldn’t be thorough enough, but it was the complete opposite, so man pictures and detail. Truly outstanding job and saved me over a 1000 dollars in repairs that I would have had to do myself. Everything from start to finish was exceptional, highly recommend.
