I am in Rebag membership and love saving for future buys, as well as, extra discounts at Rebag.

I purchased an item worth about $700 from Rebag and paid extra for shipping protection. The package was marked “delivered,” but my security camera footage shows no delivery was made. I contacted customer service multiple times and was told they could not refund or help simply because the tracking says delivered. I’m disappointed that shipping protection seemed meaningless in this situation and that my evidence was dismissed. Buyers should be cautious and make sure they understand how delivery disputes are handled before purchasing.

Gabriel from the Arcadia store was very knowledgeable and accommodating. He also went the extra mile to find a matching dust bag for my purse. Little things like that go a long way.

Payout time is horrible. Customer service is bad. Definitely not recommended.

I have a good experience with the Rebag: sold and bought stuff without any problems.

My first purchase went fine. My second purchase was a disaster as was the refund. I returned the initial purchase because it was wrong size. I took it to the FedEx facility on eighth Street in Manhattan. I gave it to the shipper Evidently it arrived empty. I did my due diligence to mark the box, seal the box, place the label on the box correctly. And because there were failures to comply with the shipper, I was told I am responsible. Secondly, during my second order, I asked for a signature to be required. Federal express came to the building and had someone I don’t know in a unit I do not know sign for my package. When I asked for evidence, the federal express employee went to the right apartment. I was told they simply trust federal express. I took someone with me to return the box. I never thought I would be asking my friend to sign an affidavit/witness statement to prove my innocence in regards to a refund.. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I will never shop with this program again. In fact, I have already filed a complaint with federal express, the store on eighth Street in New York City, and with the police. Always record everything with this company. Multiple items were either miss handled during delivery or stolen during a refund. I only hope this is not a Pat pattern with this company.

returned the bag bc of condition and now they won’t refund the shipping and are charging me a fee to return.
