I telephoned reassure on Wednesday 27 may 2026 and spoke with riyah. as I am still waiting for payment to be paid to my Bank account. I had 2 email. From reassure telling me my payment Will be on high priority. ..
Nothing has been done. The funds have not yet been realised.as my account is still active. The funds should be in my account by the 1st June 2026 . as I have waited the time period with reassure.

Great Service
As a retired Customer Services Director, I was most impressed with how Raya handled my call. Throughout the call she was pleasant, made sure I understood fully what I needed to do and ran the conversation at the right pace. She spoke well and clearly. Excellent service.

The person I spoke to was very good the system is not
The person I spoke to was very good - and confirmed that you have all my security details on your system and that she would send me a secure link to upload the form I have completed.
But then at the instant I put the phone down I received an automatically generated message - AGAIN (not the first time) saying that "Before we can process your recent request, we need you to send us suitable ID." I HAVE DONE THIS, I AM IN YOUR SYSTEM.
It basically feels like you simply don't want to give me my money because I am (a British citizen) living abroad. So you make it super hard for me. And all the time my money is in your system making you interest.

No customer focus, just interested in getting your premiums
I didn't choose to be a REassure customer but they bought the company I originally took out the policy with. I can't recommend them.
I have spent 2 years trying to close a life insurance policy I didn't want any more, that was put in Trust. The company has been maximally unhelpful and kept prevaricating and creating new hoops to jump through. I stopped paying the premiums 2 years ago and the latest is a patronising letter telling me they intend to close the policy because I stopped paying the premiums and now there was no money left in the account. I put in writing to them multiple times that I wanted to close the policy. My financial advisor says that other clients have had similar bad experiences of poor customer care and she doesn't use Reassure

Absolutely disgusting service.
I have been trying to get appropriate documentation to withdraw my pension for over a month. You phone, the person says they will send forms through after the phone call, then nothing happens. When you call back the next day, they say that they tried and emails failed, they tried to call, and calls failed. Seriously, come on.
They are sitting with my pension money, which has matured, and I am unable to access it. If I don't get a resolution within 24 hours, I am going through to the Pension Onbudsman. As what they are doing, is essentially fraud.

ReAssure: lots of letters, no progress
I sent a letter, recorded delivery, (19 Feb) asking for the 25% tax free portion of my work-place pension to the ReAssure Telford branch.
After a month (2 Apr) I received a standard letter telling me how much was in my pension.
After another month (22 Apr) I received another letter saying, “We can confirm that your recent request has been escalated within our transfer team and we aim to give an update soon.”
After another month (19 May) I received another letter telling me I needed to contact their Romford branch. (I sent my original letter from 19 Feb, recorded delivery on 25 May, to the Romford branch.)
It’s now nearly June.
It took me an hour online and then a 13 day wait to get money from my Prudential pension.
