Absolutely disgusting service.
I have been trying to get appropriate documentation to withdraw my pension for over a month. You phone, the person says they will send forms through after the phone call, then nothing happens. When you call back the next day, they say that they tried and emails failed, they tried to call, and calls failed. Seriously, come on.
They are sitting with my pension money, which has matured, and I am unable to access it. If I don't get a resolution within 24 hours, I am going through to the Pension Onbudsman. As what they are doing, is essentially fraud.

ReAssure: lots of letters, no progress
I sent a letter, recorded delivery, (19 Feb) asking for the 25% tax free portion of my work-place pension to the ReAssure Telford branch.
After a month (2 Apr) I received a standard letter telling me how much was in my pension.
After another month (22 Apr) I received another letter saying, “We can confirm that your recent request has been escalated within our transfer team and we aim to give an update soon.”
After another month (19 May) I received another letter telling me I needed to contact their Romford branch. (I sent my original letter from 19 Feb, recorded delivery on 25 May, to the Romford branch.)
It’s now nearly June.
It took me an hour online and then a 13 day wait to get money from my Prudential pension.

I transferred funds (large amount) in February 2026 Reassure claim to have the funds but cannot give me any explanation as to why the funds are not in my account. I have been waiting 3 months now and absolutely nothing I have rang, written, emailed but the funds are still not in my account.. I have been advised to go legal to resolve the matter…. Bloody Nightmare.

All told good experience, total elapsed time 15 minutes.
Compunding a previous error
Having picked Reassure up for an error that they made in June 2025; in attempting to resolve the error, the company has compounded the error and the solution confirmation paperwork has DOUBLED the investment value!

Well what can I say still waiting for my pension after my last review was informed by reassured that my claim would be top priority.that was 15th may well if that's top priority I'd hate to see if they was on top speed . still not happy use another pension company don't use reassure.

every time i rang i got different wrong advise the told me i failed security on retirement age when i answered the question correctly, you told me you had no address for me when you had one on fill, totally incompetent & patronising with no understanding of customer service
