every time i rang i got different wrong advise the told me i failed security on retirement age when i answered the question correctly, you told me you had no address for me when you had one on fill, totally incompetent & patronising with no understanding of customer service

Fund switches wet signature as in 1999
Fund switches have to be completed via a wet signature on paper. It's like being back in 1999.
Reassure - Do NOT give them a penny!
Reassure - don't invest with them, they will make it a difficult as possible for you to get your money out.

No Service and No Smile
What an appalling and disgraceful company. Reassure manage my pension and I have been trying to make changes to my account since February 2026.
Without reference to myself they have deliberately and knowingly falsified information to a 3rd Party and despite numerous efforts by telephone, email and recorded delivery letter they choose not to respond.
The complaints department do not answer the phone, even to their staff and they do not respond to emails. Despite being promised that a Senior Manager would call me within 24-48hrs no such call was ever received.
To potential customers, avoid this Company like the plague, they have no interest in their customers, only their fees.
