Wow, very pleased indeed with the Valencia Cube Set which I just purchased from Rattan Cube, Dublin, Ireland. I ordered the set on Monday May 9th 2022 and it arrived an hour before the approx delivery time the following day. It was very well packaged & not difficult to unpack. The whole process was seamless.

I had been looking at a few other places before trying RattanCube. I conversed with Ray in the chatbox on their website. It was the best website chatbox experience I have ever had. Ray was polite and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. He answered my questions and I felt confident in purchasing from Rattan Cube.

I phoned my order through with Gavin who also gave me some useful tips. The haulage people Alltrans and Duffys were great too.

I am delighted with my patio set. The quality is excellent. I particularly like that the 5mm glass is embedded into the table top so the edges can't crack and/or chip. The chairs are very comfortable also with the clever back rest integrated into the back of the chairs. The waterproof seat pads are firm so won't sag over time yet offer full support. The foot stools are generously sized & sturdy.

The set has transformed my patio area. I also purchased the waterproof cube cover which fits perfectly over the cube set when not in use and the 3m parasol with useful tilt feature all of which I am very pleased with. My guests love it too. All this and a 5 year guarantee on the structure and rattan too what's not to like.

I highly recommend anyone looking for quality rattan furniture to look no further than Rattan Cube. They deliver all over Ireland.

Ordered the Tuscany furniture set from rattan cube. Received an email next working day to arrange a delivery date that would suit me. Could not recommend this company enough, amazing service and such a friendly customer service

I recieved my garden furniture today, very happy with it and the delivery time ,bought it and it was delivered within 2 days ,good quality,

So disappointed in Rattan Cube, paid for a preorder in May for delivery early July. Trusted the company, based on radio promotions. Waited eagerly for an update on my delivery, heard nothing! When I phoned I was told to email their warehouse for an update. Got no where with that. Many calls/emails later I was finally told that there was a delay with the delivery due to logistics/Brexit etc. Would be a further 4 wks. I had hoped to have received it by July to at least enjoy it while the weather was nice but decided to give the Company another chance & prepared to wait until early aug. But when they phoned me again to say it wasn't due to arrive until SEP that was the last straw. Throughout the whole process I had to chase them up to get a response, the manager Ray had very little interest in replying to my emails. He had no idea that I had not once been contacted since placing my initial order, the staff had no idea & just gave a scripted response. Basically they over sold on a pre order item, took everyone's money but failed to deliver! Would not recommend Rattan Cube ..next day delivery! I don't think so!

So disappointed. I had specifically ordered from Irish company so as to support local. Ordered garden dining set on 1 May due for delivery 30 June. Had to chase updates as date approached. That date came and went. The good weather came and went, family events passed, the staycation was over, the August bank holiday over and still nothing. Was promised that delivery would take place 24 hours after set arrived in to warehouse. It arrived to warehouse last week, I’ve waited in to receive it over three different days when delivery was promised and still nothing. Paid in full over three months ago and nothing to show but wasted time and missed family occasions. Would have loved to leave a glowing review. Things will go wrong with logistics and deliveries..that’s life. I’m conscious that mine is a first world complaint in a world with real problems so I was very slow to write this review but when things go wrong for a customer it’s an opportunity to make things as right as you can and all I’ve had is empty promises. So disappointed.

We purchased the Andorra set. Fantastic quality compared to similar items on other online stores.
Customer service is 10/10. An absolute pleasure to deal with.

We got the Vienna ice table, corner set and absolutely delighted with it, the furniture is great quality and the cushions so comfortable. I had also ordered a rain cover which was good quality too. The customer service was 10/10, very friendly and kept me up to date with delivery times as slight delay due to Suez Canal issue (which wasn't their fault). I would recommend this company to any of my friends, top marks.

I ordered a garden furniture set in March expecting delivery in May was informed my set was damaged and would take another 10 weeks to deliver. Very poor service very bad communication but the company are very quick to take your money. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I was very disappointed with their service and would not recommend them to anyone.

Extremely poor customer service. Preordered furniture paid in advance. I did receive emails on delays but only once I chased them up. Furniture then apparently damaged in the shipment.
I tried to call to speak to an employee but no one ever around to take my call. I left my number but no one returned my call. But very happy to take my money. Service in the showroom also very poor. Very disappointing all round.

My second time dealing with Rattancube.ie ..what a pleasure to deal with. Kept me notified on status of order every step of the way. When the sofa arrived I was blown away with the quality ! Couldn't give a higher recommendation

I took delivery of our Vienna Sofa. The quality is amazing, cushions are so thick and comfortable. Our furniture was affected by the suez canal blockage but we were kept up to date every few days on our delivery. Their customer service was excellent. Will be reccomeding rattancube to all my family and friends

I ordered the Vienna Ice table corner unit on 14th March knowing it wouldn't be delivered until 20 May. Unfortunately the problem in the Suez Canal meant the delivery was delayed, which was disappointing. But out of the control of RattanCube. To be fair, they kept me informed, by email, of delivery progress every step of the way. And it was well worth the wait. It arrived today. The suite is gorgeous. Great quality furniture, easy to put together, great communication and delivery - I love it!

Last summer I ordered the cube cover to fit medium size cube 49” x 49” x28” they sent me a large cube cover 53” x 53” x 28” it was way too big I got no satisfaction from I asked them to take it back to no avail would they very disappointed with service. A few years earlier I had bought the smaller cover but it was very tight to get on so the medium would have been perfect. All they said was they only had large cover yet they advertised it as a medium cover 🤬🤬🤬 But I will say the quality is excellent material

We are really thrilled with our latest Rattan Cube purchase. It was very easy to organise the purchase online. The rain covers were delayed coming in, but the office were in touch with us constantly and our product was delivered as soon as the covers arrived. The chairs are so comfortable, the table is a fine size with plenty of room for everything needed in a family meal and it all tucks away very neatly. I would highly recommend the company and the furniture. Now for some more sunshine!

Bought the smallest cube a number of years ago and got a second one a couple of year later. First one is still going strong. One negitive note was the cover that I bought did not last, so didn't order for second one. Excellent delivery, arrives assembled and the quality of the cube and cushions improved from the first to the second purchase. Would recommend.

I reluctantly bought the Marbella Grande online and was delighted when it arrived the next day. I've had it for a few years now and its as good as the day I bought it. Definitely get the cover for it and you'll have it for years.

Myself and my wife bought a table and chairs last year in RattanCube. When the delivery men had left we realised that one of the legs didn't fit on the table properly. We contacted the shop and they were fantastic to deal with. They had a replacement table out to use within days. Highly recommended this store.

Ordered the Clifton 4 seater in Feb and arrived in March, it’s beautiful and we love it! The quality is amazing, the cushions are thick and comfortable and love the table with ice bucket feature. Very quick delivery, guys in Rattan were excellent, really simple to put together (not flat packed!)

Bought a cube dining set in April 2020. Swift delivery, great value. Proof is twelve months on, it's still in great condition. Worth every penny.
