Ordering and customer service outstanding
Was going to give 3stars at first as the courier company only delivered one package of two but I called backyard customer care and they shipped out the package which was missing within a few hours hence the five stars.
Quality product to build and now to enjoy
Can’t fault them from ordering and customer care outstanding just the courier service let me down the driver called the courier company but they didn’t seem bothered about the delivery issue.
That’s the only issue

Purchased the Arcadia gazebo
Purchased the Arcadia gazebo . Very pleased with the product, detailed instructions to assemble, quality materials and fixings. Very sturdy once constructed and looks great.
On delivery we had a couple of damaged parts. Spoke to customer services UK and these were replaced immediately and delivered within a couple of days.
We cannot fault Backyard Discovery on the service received and would like to thank Josephine in customer service for her assistance.

Top Quality, Fast Delivery,Excellent communication
Delivery was prompt and we were kept up to date from start to finish.
The gazebo we bought is top quality and looks like it will last for a long time.
Be prepared though, this is a heavy piece of kit and requires a lot of space when identifying and laying out the many components.
My wife and I are both in our mid 60’s and we managed to build the gazebo, although it did take us around 8 hours start to finish, including a few breaks 😂 but it was a great experience and we were impressed at the overall quality and design of the gazebo.
The instructions were detailed and made the whole project possible.
If you choose to buy a Backyard Discovery product (and I recommend you do) you won’t be disappointed, but my only advice would be to be prepared for a full day to assemble, make sure you have enough space to lay out all the parts and identify what you need as you go, and have at least one competent DIY person on the job, take your time and read all the instructions carefully !
Top quality product and excellent company - I highly recommend

To say this company was a delight to deal with would still be selling them short. I purchased a very pleasing on the eye gazebo. Within a very short while the goods arrived. Some days later, waiting for the first proper sunny day of March, I began to assemble. With willing wife to help, we built the thing, bit by bit, one panel after the other, finally reaching the concluding part. The finishing line was in sight..... And then, things took a turn. Something happened....not sure what but before I knew it, some of the planks split .... I was now in possession of a broken, non repairable mountain of woods and screws..... Ultimately I inspected the situation and realised 4 of the planks were broken. The rest remained in good order... I reached out to Backyard Discovery and asked if they had replacement parts. I would have been willing to pay.... 24 hours later I got a response..... In a nutshell the reply started by advising they had no replacements but had ordered me, free if charge, the replacement planks I was after, from America. 7 days after that response the replacement parts were delivered to my door..... So, to more or less echo what I said at the start... The people at Backyard Discovery, I salute you.

Robust pergola.
Took a chance on ordering the pergola as I had never heard of your Company before. However it arrived quickly and well packaged. The builder is outside right now putting it together and he says it's straight forward, easy enough to assemble if time consuming. He has just finished, taken a good 6 hours. Looks solid and robust as well as attractive.
