Got the single-size grounding mat, and lt's so easy to use. l feel less restless at night, and my mornings feel brighter. Shipping was quick, and the quality feels solid. Happy with my decision to try it out.

The grounding sheet does not work. I told them this and that I wanted my money back. They told me that it takes between 2 to 36 weeks. What a laugh. Don't buy them or you will waste your money like I did.

Purchased a large & single size grounding sheet.
Large one does NOT fit a king bed.
After several nights saw absolutely zero benefit to my pain whatsoever.
Tried to return but unlike GROUNDWELL they don’t have a money back guarantee, you’re stuck with one you’ve used. However, the second single one we purchased is unused & trying to return is like pulling teeth.
Would not recommend product or company.

Advertising as an Australian company stating pack in Burleigh Heads QLD but drops ships from China.

I paid for a Queen/King and the sheet would not tuck in anyway for my King it was the size of a single with no ties to even negotiate it to remain on the bed.

I packed it within minutes did not place on bed, returned it for their 90 day money back guarantee and had to fight them for the refund and put a report through to PayPal. Very disappointed they state they are Australian.

SCAM ALERT!!! PURE GROUNDING NEITHER DELIVERED THE GROUNDING SHEET I ORDERED NOR RETURNED MY MONEY.

My package was left in my mailbox without signature confirmation, which is concerning since the items were obviously oversized and didn't fit. This lack of security measures left my package vulnerable to theft or loss. The discrepancy between Pure Grounding's promise of quality products and their subpar logistics is alarming. Until they improve their delivery process, I wouldn't recommend this company. Doesn't waste your money.

I have been using the single grounding sheet on my bed for 3 weeks now. I can’t say I've noticed any difference. The sheet ends up all twisted as I'm a restless sleeper. Not sure how to pin it down. I have it lying vertically.
At this stage id return it but the return policy says it has to be unused🤷‍♀️ How are you supposed to test it then??

Despite Pure Grounding’s 30 Day Money Back Guarantee stating “Not happy with your product? Get your money back, no questions asked!”, they said that since the product’s been used, I was not eligible for a refund.

Another one of their 30 day money back guarantees states “It’s hard to believe until you try it for yourself.  That’s why we back our product with a 30-day money-back guarantee” (Retrieved on 25.10.24, from Pure Grounding’s website).  The distinction here is the wording ‘try it for yourself’, thus, I should legally be entitled to a full refund because ‘trying it’ constitutes using it.

Ordered 3weeks ago, I chose them because website stated pick up is an option and I needed the items pretty much straight away (for someone very unwell).
After I paid they told me I can’t pick up. Ok, shipping 3-6 days, no worries. 9 days ago they booked it for shipping and send me a tracking number (after I had to ask for it 6days ago). Still waiting, tracking number says “shipment booked”…so basically it’s still not on the road.
I live 2h away from them! Customer service keeps telling me they’re sorry and they will look into it but nothing happens. Very disappointed as I would have not ordered from them if I knew it will take that long. Will review my experience later and adjust if needed.
