I sent an email to you on January 29th regarding an issues with my order, yet I have still not received a response. This lack of communication is completely unacceptable.
Your customer service appears to be unresponsive and unhelpful, which is extremely disappointing. Ignoring customer concern while focusing solely on profits and selling low-quality products does not reflect well on your company.
I discourage everyone from buying your lousy sheets

Product dose not work , its a total scam ..the company will not refund or replace the product is opened ....
So explain how would you know it works if you cant try it ??

I bought two sheets. Tried using one. It was too small to sleep on and just got tangled. Asked if I could return the other. Was told to send a pic (which I thought was odd), and I sent it. Was given a return address at burleigh heads. Paid for postage and tracking. Sent evidence of both via the same email chain. Never heard back again. I’ve left emails via their contact us form on their website and used the email address previously used. I’m getting ignored. I feel totally scammed. Run! Stay away from this business. The positive reviews look genuine but must surely be fabricated. The replies to negative reviews are lip service. I never heard from them again after I sent back the sheet in good faith, and having been promised a refund.

Wow. You reply to my review stating that you stand by your 30 day money back guarantee. That's a big lie. It's 3 months on, still no refund and now you aren't even replying to my emails. Next step is the ombudsman. No refund and no replying to my emails. Joke company.

Item didn't arrive for weeks. Doubt it was posted from Australia. Too late to give as gift as intended. Requested a refund. Sent photos of unused product as requested. It's been a 8 week process and to date still no refund even though product has been returned weeks ago.

I was sceptical at first, but after using the grounding mat for a few weeks, I feel so much more rested and balanced. Absolutely love it!

NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER - THIS IS A CRIMINAL COMPANY - PURE GROUNDING. I placed an order online on 28/11/2024 and contacted Pure Grounding for 3 months by emails and they finally got back to me that the package was delivered to the wrong location and since then, they have not responded to my email and give me a full refund. Do not order from this company.

Absolutely disgusted.
You are led to believe that you get a 30 day money back guarantee if you don't feel any different.
I didn't do requested to send it back, only to be told in an email that only UNUSED sheets can be returned.
How the hell are you going to know if you don't sleep on it.
False advertising is breaking the law .

Scam- don’t buy. Doesn’t work and won’t offer a refund

Requested a return 1 month ago and have had constant delay tactics. Wish I’d properly checked out trust pilot reviews before buying. Do not recommend buying from this company.

Puregrounding - the order number is Order PGUK#3342. I confirmed the item was unopened and unused on 19th January when I requested a return. I’ve been asked to provide photographic evidence that the item is unused - which I did. Have had many email exchanges with customer services who just tell me that the photographs are being analysed by the warehouse. This has been going on for a month. Please can you sort this out and issue me with return instructions without further delay. Please also look at your customer feedback on Trust Pilot because I am clearly not alone with this experience. I’m pretty annoyed that your response to my genuine review on Trust Pilot led to you reporting my review to Trust Pilot as defamatory - rather than contacting me to resolve my poor experience with your company. I think this says it all.

So finally Puregrounding have dained to provide return details. However they require me to send the sheet to Australia when I live in the UK 🤷🏼‍♀️. I purchased this item from “Pure Grounding UK” and I can’t find any detail in your returns section that mentions that returns are to Australia. I have replied to your customer services to request a UK returns address. I have already opened a case with Trading Standards and will now add this information.

Lies from company no money back guarantee as web page states for 30 days. Purchased and used as per instructions direct to skin used for 3 weeks absolutely no effect no difference and sheet keeps moving on bed. I am totally in disbelief I fell for the web pages b.s stories . Avoid and save your money.

The grounding sheet has made no difference to me in all the areas advertised. I’ve used it for 4 weeks. Should have noticed some change by now. Followed all instructions and kind of thinking a total waste of money. 💰

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Pure Grounding. My order has been “in transit” for over three weeks, with little to no movement or resolution provided. The customer service team has been vague and unhelpful, offering no apologies but no concrete solutions or updates.

I was told my package was being handled by NeedleTail Logistics (NDTL), but the tracking information has been stagnant, and it’s unclear if my order was even dispatched properly. When I requested a resolution, I was met with generic reassurances instead of action.

This level of service is unacceptable. It shows a lack of care for customers and poor operational practices. I trusted this company, but they’ve failed to deliver—literally and figuratively.

I would not recommend Pure Grounding to anyone unless they drastically improve their shipping process and customer service standards.

If I could give it zero stars I would!
First of all, the company delivered to the the Matt to a different property. I had to go searching as they hadn’t written my correct address on it when I finally found it over a week later it was sopping wet so I dried it out as they told me to do and put it on the bed it does not work in fact I got less sleep as it moves around as you have to put on top of your sheet unlike the other ones that I’ve seen online. When I contacted them for a refund as it’s not fit for purpose, they refused to refund me.. when I asked how I can return it and how I can leave a review, they completely ignored me and stopped answering my email. Please do not order this with their hundred percent guarantee on returns as this is false they do not honour this.! Even when they got the address wrong and sent it to another property and I had to search it out and they refused to let me return it and told me to try it, which I did, then they refused to return it as I’d used it!! Do not use this company.

Would give a 0 star if possible. This company is an absolute scammer. They shipped the order but I didn't like the quality and contacted them to get the details for return - which they state on their website as 100% money back guarantee returns. First they replied saying basically don't return our mats are great. I politely replied that I did want to return it and they took weeks of back and forth and not responding to be able to even get the address for return.
Now I've returned the items and they simply will not contact me and have not issued a refund. It's been weeks now since the items were returned ant I have contacted them 3 times since the return was received as the Aus Post tracking shows and they do not respond.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS HORRIBLE SCAM OF A COMPANY. I Bought a single sheet as a present but its unwanted and for over 3 weeks now I have been trying to return this and NADA - same generic email we will get back to you in 48 hours - probably 48 years or NEVER. No Phone Number nothing.

They are not a UK based company. Order was late to arrive (17days in total) and they ignore emails to return item. I ordered wrong size so tried to both cancel and return this item but 1 month later and no details to return provided. Don’t waste your time.

Absolutely terrible company to deal with. I purchased a sheet before consulting my doctor. Since I have a heart condition I was told to not use it. Contacted pure grounding straight away to cancel order, said they couldn't but would be happy to refund my purchase price on return of goods. Returned goods in as received condition well over 8 weeks ago. After NUMEROUS attempts at contacting this company I just keep getting the same generic email in response. No phone number available anywhere to talk to a real person about this. They have taken my money and I have nothing to show for it! Terrible, terrible company that I would never, ever recommend to anyone!!!
