I have been using PulsedMedia for more than 5 years, it has been great for me as have been using one of their seedbox services. I like to leave my torrents seeding for a couple months. With that I have never lost the files that I share nor have I had reason to question payments I have made to the company (no double charges, no request to resubmit a payment). There have been outages and migration to other equipment, but my data was always intact. When it comes to seedboxes in my opinion the offerings from PulsedMedia are of excellent value.

Always great service and uptime for the past 6 years. Any time I had an issue, which was rare, they were able to resolve my problem in a very short time, usually same day. Best seedbox and great prices!

Fast and reliable service. Stable servers. And fair prices.

Solid system and good support. I have only a 2 issues over almost 6 years and both were fix very quickly so there was minimal inconvenience.

Pulsed has been very reliable and responsive to all the (few) problems that I had (self-caused, mainly ;). I've been with them for almost 6 years, and I'll stay with them as long as I can.

Great service, I’ve been using a seedbox from Pulsed Media for many years already. It works perfectly, no issues at all.
There are many plans, so it’s easy to choose what fits me in terms of price and traffic. No ads, no annoying extra stuff. It just works, and you just use it.

For 7+ years i have used Pulsed Media as my dedicated seedbox and for those 7+ years that seedbox have more or less just worked perfectly fine for my needs.

Some of my experience over the years:

- Outages are pretty few and far between.
- Usually when something critical happens that might affect your service information is pretty well given. Think: What happen, why it happen and what will they do to fix it.
(I will say though - unless everything has been running fine for some time now, these messages might be something of the past.)
- Price changes are few and far between. (think its happen once or twice~)
- If for some reason your service needs to change, ie: Server upgrades, They make that a pretty painless task.
- Speeds of the Seedbox, both up and down, is not something i have ever really had a problem with.
- There is quotas on download speed and disk space(duh). But its never really been a problem either. (also free space for staying with em longer)

All in all i'm pretty happy with the service i have gotten.

Stable service, no complaints. Been using them for over 2 years now.

Ive been using Pulsed Media for many years now and the service has been great. There's been very few problems and when they do pop up they are fixed quickly.

Trustworthy service for more than 4 years.

I am in Germany and I rent a Seedbox from Pulsed Media, so that I can watch some shows not available where I live due to geographical restrictions.

It never failed me, and your data is secured using RAID redundance.

Very reliable, very little downtime, and very responsive customer service. I've used their services for seven years, and I highly recommend them!

Avoid.

Speeds were decent to start, then dropped off. UI is clunky and looks like someone's first attempt.
Top it off with the fact I requested a cancellation of my service at the end of my subscription, which they them promptly closed BEFORE the end, makes this one to avoid. Customers service reply to why it was. closed early and where my data is:

Stay away. Seedboxes.cc is much better.

One of the worst seedboxes I have ever used. That should be enough to sum up the experience.

Speed: Terrible. In the beginning, it was good. Just after 10 days, it degraded to the lowest level, both download and upload. It was taking 10-15 minutes just to download a 10GB file. And they advertised it as a 10Gbps connection. And upload speed? Almost 90% time, it's in KB. I know very well about seed, peer, connectible IP and those things, no need to give any of that excuse.

They're not just bad in that they treat you like an inconvenience when they cause a problem (I've seen other companies do that), they seem to actively try to screw their customers over and will respond to polite communication with shockingly rude replies. They made a billing mistake, when I reported it they deleted my seedbox without informing me so I lost my service and data. They are still trying to bill me now for a service which they have removed. I would struggle to believe how bad this company is if I hadn't experienced it first hand, avoid them at all costs.
