Good service, sometimes the control panel is not clear and migrating to a different machine can be a pain, but i world recommend this service to my friends

A brilliant company to deal with, reasonably priced services. Support is second to none, any problems are sorted out swiftly

Overall functionality is great, file retrieval, torrents ads etc. I only request when tickets are open they are replied to (non bot) in 24 hours vs 72 to indicate awareness and seeking resolution.

Worst company out there. Use a google search or read at reddit. They lure you with cheap Seedboxes in long term contracts put you on old hardware and have no support at all. What a bunch of amateurs

I have used Pulsed Media for over 5 years and am amazed how bullet proof the service has been
I can only remember 1 time that the service was down over 24 hours and was notified prior to the disruption an an explanation was given for the disruption. There were upgraded servers installed during the disruption.
Any other disruption were explained by email and were all corrected in a timely manner.
Would recommend anyone interested in using a seed box to use Pulsed Media.

I have been a customer of Pulsed Media since 2022. All this time, the service I received has been very reliable. There has been the occasional problem (less than once a year) but they were resolved quickly. Overall, a good service provider.

I have found that the response was very good and clear to what I required. It worked a treat as I am up and going.

Rock steady uptime, maintenance downtime infrequent and always well notified. Cannot speak for business customers, but as a basic consumer I have had zero billing issues. The best part is the customer service (I'm looking at you Aleksi). Fast response, clear answers to questions, and no excuses (like blaming your OS, app or ISP). After 10 years of use I still highly recommend.

Excellent service for my small secure "seedbox". When an issue arises the response from support is very quick and pleasant. What I found at the site was,as a newbie with the environment, the array of tools that got me started and that I still use after my 8 years with Pulsedmedia. All and all it's my pleasure to give it a 5 STAR rating.

I’ve been using Pulsed Media’s services for many years now, and I’ve been generally pleased with their services and pricing. They offer HTTPS and SFTP connections, and it’s generally easy to log in and get things done. I’ve experienced occasional outages where their server is down and I’ve been unable to log in. Fixing those requires submitting a ticket online; the response time has varied (plus they have a 9-hour time difference from me), but it’s often been resolved within 1 to 3 days. That occasional inconvenience is offset by their generous pricing.

It's a small, personal company. If issues arise they solve them. :) Not the most stable service I've tried, but reliable for the most part, and very competitively priced! Great service when it works; I like the company ethics.
